Location and cleanliness

Staff was so so. Made us pay an extra 60 bucks because my dad didn't show. He booked the hotel but added my name to the room and registration but because he booked and didn't show up, we had to pay almost ---- bucks. Although we had the card used to book it

The pool, pool table, games, etc in the lobby. The staff was extraordinary.

The bathroom door in our room was not lockable.

Best place we have stayed. The cleaning staff was outstanding.

It's very attractive. The website doesn't do it justice.

It would be nice if there were a restaurant on site or within close walking distance.

Clean, quiet, room was perfect size for traveling with our baby and all the baby stuff

Parking lot and unloading area were a bit crowded

We liked the layout of the room and the availability of EV chargers.

I am not sure how pets are being handled at this hotel. We saw a lot of dogs with their owners staying there.One would expect that there are multiple dedicated rooms only given to pet owners, or last when it fills up to capacity.

Nice lobby area -- comfortable, roomy, a couple of games, good choice of refreshments. Rooms good & had everything needed for a little longer stay.

Staff told us the hotel was empty bc of Easter holiday, but out of 4 floors of empty rooms, they put us in a room immediately next to one of the only other guests. Lots of noise bc of thin walls, heavy doors, etc., and when the housekeeper was cleaning that other room early the first morning we were there, was very loud & disturbing -- housekeeper just doing her job, but just short-sighted on part of front desk staff. If the hotel is empty, why not space us at least one room apart for less noise, more comfort?

Good location near my son, lots of eating shopping nearby. Good breakfast. Good size room.

4th floor shook, tub needs something in bottom to prevent slipping.

Everything was spotless. The hotel is new, so that helps, but you could tell it’s cleaned thoroughly. I have allergies and even though it was a pet friendly place I had no issues. Floors clean, bathroom clean and stocked, linens smelled clean, breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.

If I had to have one it’s just the gym don’t have a lot. The space was big, but only 1-2 people could use free weights at the same time. Of it’s gets busy you wouldn’t be able to have more than 5-7 people working out at the same time.

They accommodated us needing to check in early.

The shower was dirty . Hair and a dead bug.

I personally liked how clean the hotel was, and the breakfast was very delicious. I think the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I personally didn’t like that the gym closed at 9.

Convenient

I found a PILL in the floor in my room. There was using around the bottom of the toilet and hair all in the bedding.

Breakfast could be better. Sausage looked like it had been sitting out for awhile. Not sure why most hotels buy the cheapest food to cook for breakfast.

The noise from the hallways and up stairs

The room exceeded expectations. There was plenty of room for our family of 6, and my 13 year old said the sofa bed was the most comfortable one he had ever slept on.

There were quite a few loud noises that could be heard from the neighboring rooms in the middle of the night.

Clean room, great pillows, great breakfast.

I didn't like that the only soap offered where in squeeze dispenser bottles. They are not user friendly to anyone who lacks hand strength. Due to arthritis in my hand, I simply wasn't strong enough to dispense anything out of these dispensers. My 7 year old grands couldn't dispense anything either.
