It was clean mostly and quiet!

The tub was not clean it had human hair and pet hair in it. I clean my bathrooms in the hotel being that I stay in them every night anyway but some are dirtier than others.

They weren't too expensive.

Not clean, house keeping rude, had bed bugs, other people staying outside of rooms extremely loud all hours of night and blaring music.

The air conditioner

Yes the staff was very rude blaming the grandchildren for everything even when they were asleep in the room @1am

There was lice on one of the beds, the water was not working for the bathroom sink, there were holes taped ur w clear tape in the bathroom door, over all we left not even 10 minutes of being there. Didn’t feel safe was another issue at that hotel.

The front desk people were nice.

The worse hotel ever stayed at. Wish I could upload a picture of the dirty washrag used to clean my feet after walking from the bed to the bathroom. I paid extra for breakfast but it was unbeatable. Building is in need of repair in many areas.

Location

I have been traveling for work for 20 years and this was in the top three nastiest rooms I've ever had. The floor ranged from dirty to sticky (thanks god it wasn't carpet). Both beds in the room had dirty sheets. I wouldn't even sleep in them.

Plumbing sucks, holes in outside walls. Needs some major updates. Insects flying around inside. Doors poorly fitted to frames. Not well lighted outside either. I will not be staying there again. You should remove Fortune Inns and Suites from your catalog

Room filthy, stains on carpet, slip covers over old worn out chairs , mold around bath tub, smelled terrible, no hot water, no security lights, broken chairs out side the room, dead bolt did not lock ( appears door may have been kicked open at some point

The staff and the room were great. My grandkids loved the pool. It's close to everything.

The parking lot was a little intimidating looking as it was full of people partying, but I'm from the hood so it didn't bother me, but it might some people.

non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke and pot. now all my clothes smell like smoke. lots of litter and trash in parking lot. bathroom fixtures were ancient and in poor condition. internet was very very slow.

Smell. Hole in bathroom door. Cheesy towels.

Price, great reviews, very nice staff

Large insect fell or jumped on my back in bed, in dark. 2.5" long. Also non-smoking room was smoked in by prior guest. I'm sensitive to smoke. Couldn't change rooms b/c power was out a long time. Called other hotel in town; they had power. Bad location?

It was clean,bed was comfortable.

Hotel employee had all my paperwork ready and my check in here on this trip was by far the most smooth and fastest check In to date. Was exhausted and with the way she had it all taken care of was in the room in 3 minutes flat.. Thank you so much young lady..

Hot tub little out dated but worked!! I everything is little out dated but comfortable..

Newport is a small town. It's the best hotel in town. The staff has always been great!

Water seemed to take longer than usual to get hot but that was the worst.
