- All the staff members I interacted with were very friendly and courteous. The front desk attendant made me feel welcome and made the experience non-stressful, always had a smile on his face.
- Heaters in the bathrooms!
- Our room wasn't ready so they upgraded us to pool side
Cons -
- The only think I can think of is they need to consider changing what ever cleaning product they use to clean the floors in the rooms. The floors felt kind of slimy when I was walking on it barefoot if my feet were even slightly wet. Otherwise it was good.
- No elevator. Stairs only. Bad knee.
- The front desk was very poorly represented. People came to the front desk and there was no one there for periods of time.
