Side door did not lock. Room key not needed to enter. Did not feel safe entering with my family. Group of men drinking in the parking lot. Ants in my room/ trash.

From the moment we walked in the Door to the time we left we were met by courteous and friendly staff.
Customers from the hotel next door were allowed to come and use the pool, since it was owned by the same people. It made for a very crowded pool.

Room was great. Bed comfortable and nice bedding. Room was very clean. Pool was warm and hot tub hot as we like it. Lobby very nice with great staff. Breakfast was good and on par for this price point.
Hallway carpets were worn and had ripples in several areas. Look where you are walking in hallways.
Front desk was attentive and courteous. One assisted us with local dining and a lady assisted us in an afternoon float down the Buffalo river. Breakfast was good also.

The only thing we did not like about the hotel is the pool is only open until 10pm.
