The pool

Yes breakfast wasn’t on time and was stale and leftover from the day before. We also had to move because of the A/C and it still didn’t work in the new room. We didn’t sleep because we sweated all night.

Friendly staff

Strong smell of mold/mildew in rooms and wasn’t the cleaniest

Hotel employee was wonderful.

The room was disgusting. There were clumps of dirt all over the floor. Holes in the walls with dry wall all over the dresser that wasn't cleaned. What appeared to be fecal matter smeared all over the bathroom door. Mattress was TERRIBLE and had a big dip.

I was double charged for my room and still hav not been refunded 2 weeks after stay. Manager does return phone calls! So unprofessional.

The lady at the front Desk was very friendly and enjoyed her job She was very helpful on registration and answering any questions I had. The maid service was grate also had nice clean rooms both Days.

The swimming pool is to close to the main road for private swims and to far from the rooms to walk and enjoy.

Not being bothered during my stay

I tried to check in 1 hour early because i had driven 18 hours to get there and the lady at the front desk said they didn't have any rooms available at the time. The parking lot was literally empty. They had nothing but available rooms.

Check in was fast and easy, and the room is clean

Check out time is at 11 the cleaning lady knocked on the door 8 am on and off until check out time. When getting ready to check out management was unlocking the door to get in.

This hotel is dated...it needs a good cleaning...and new mattresses, hair was in the tub..no couch, refrig was in need of a defrost.It was not worth the $--- I paid. It was just a basic. I had the Deluxe King Suite...and it was just a big reg $---&#

room not very clean.. dirty headboards, walls,lamps, spongy floor, sticky bathroom floor. remote for tv didn't work, mattress had no cover and was somewhat dirty, threadbare sheets. bed was okay comfort... not terrible. No HOT water for shower!

The best thing was the location to shopping and dining.

I HAD 4 rooms for myself and my crew of 7 guys. 2 guys a major bed bug infestation so they moved them to another room. I had a black male beating on my door at 3:30am and would not answer as to why. So I had to open the door with a pistol. Wrong room.

Yes the ending service really sucked the staff is very rude and was unseen I was waiting thinking about buying room again and they come and put me out of the room into the rain because the money was on its way I am a paraplegic in a wheelchair

The front desk clerk was really nice

The room was nice with fresh paint and carpet but the sheets were stained and housekeeping thought it was okay to just put them on the bed.

Easy check in and check out. Painting was being done in lobby but staff was very accommodating with breakfast.

Parking a nightmare for larger vehicles, track team staying there with a mini bus, only one out of three ice machines working. Don't even bother with breakfast.

I've been using this particular hotel for 3 years and this is the first time that the desk clerk was rude and unhospitable.

The morning staff was friendly.

We booked for a double queen room but when we got to the room it was a double full room. I realize we were really late into the night when we got there and we were tired but we had to cram all our stuff to fit.
