It had a recliner

Mattresses encased, had stains on one. Furniture worn, dated. Room had a slight smell. Shower curtain attaching to the wall in disrepair.

Location

Stove, ice maker didn't work. Floor was not very clean. View of motel 6 was disappointing.

Clean

Bed was too soft for an older man needing a firmer mattress.

The night manager put $28 on my credit card after the girl that checked me in told me that there was no charge for my dog because she is a service dog. I called the front desk when I woke up and got the notification that my card had been charged.

It was dirty

The suite was nice and close the a door room was clean

homeless out side were bad so carry a gun

Spacious, clean room; great check-in staff; well-maintained kitchenette.

The TV was way too small for the room and was wall-mounted in such a way as to make all of the HDMI ports inaccessible.

central location

Bed bug infestation which resulted in bites, red marks, itching all over, and a trip to urgent care. Advised property and requested refund for full 3 day stay, was offered pest remedy spray and a new room. I checked out on day 1 for safer accomodations

The room was clean and the hotel is very nice otherwise.

Front desk staff hardly acknowledged customers and seemed distracted. Not at all eager to provide service.

location close to where we needed to go

bathroom door wouldn't close. they promised to fix but didn't. Stovetop didn't work. Kitchen area felt greasy. Air conditioner only worked in front room leaving the bedroom hot. At check-in & throughout the stay, front desk staff unfriendly & inattentive

It was clean and comfortable. I liked having a recliner in the room, as well as as full-size refrigerator.

I had to change my own sheets. It would have been nice to have a channel guide for the TV.

location

first room was uncleaned, second room was occupied when I opened the door, third room was fine.. when I checked my bank statement I found that I had been charged an extra fee $50 for damage. Should have been told about this when I checked in.

It¿s (1) mile away from Baptist - easily accessible , less than (5) minutes from Candlewood to the Hospital ¿¿

At night - the front door area is too dark!

Location

The bathroom door would not close. Could not change the temperature of the AC unit. Tiny television. Hallway smelled. Carpet missing in the hallways.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful!

There were no stirrers for coffee, very little cream. Lacked towels. We had to ask for them. No breakfast of any kind.

Location and price

Yes, they gave us a room that was not cleaned yet but the staff immediately corrected the issue and gave us another room that was cleaned. After that everything was great. I can say that the staff had a sense of urgency.

Staff was friendly usually.

Signs on the doors at entrance say "masks required" and that employees should wear them. I saw 0 employees of the 5 I encountered wearing a mask. I saw only one other visitor wearing a mask besides myself.

Snack room

Three days in a row requested to have my room cleaned with new towels and bed linens to come back and the room not cleaned. I was asked what day did you check in versus hearing yes, we will change your room.

The hotel staff and the room were excellent. Room wasn't completely cleaned but not horrible

This place was a pot smoke stack, both inside and out, so if you don't mind that... Neighborhood wasn't the best.

Inexpensive

I was very disappointed. All pictures of rooms showed carpet but no rooms were carpeted. It was like being in a dorm. I had a 2 night stay, wifi was down for the entire stay! I picked a hotel with wifi for a reason, I expect it to be working!

The Mattress was very comfortable

When first getting to our room, we had booked a King Size and when we walked into the room, it was 2 queen size beds. They fixed it for us without a problem, but the area/hallway around our room was under construction. But all in all, it was quiet.
