Hilton Garden Inn West Little Rock

Thought we were reserving a handicap accessible room. When we checked in , there were none available. Husband recently had surgery. So this was a huge problem.

Internet too show in my roof at 2nd floor,I had to go downstairs with my Lop top and work by the lonby

There was a biker party outside in the parking lot that was extremely loud. They also stopped me from entering in the parking lot so I can pay an entrance fee to this event that I knew nothing about.

Eveythng about the stay was great. The staff was friendly/helpful. The room was clean, beds were the best we have slept on during our 2 week trip. Wish I had found out what kind of mattresses they used. The shower was hot/pwrful. Bkfst was amazing !

The manager and staff were simply amazing people. Our son had been in an accident and they made sure we were accommodated. We highly recommend.

I didn't realize breakfast had a cost.

The hotel was completely fenced with only the entrance and exit openings and slightly off the road which made it quieter and felt safer. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We did not stay for the managers reception but I appreciate that they have one.

We didn¿t have a safe in the room so we had to carry our secured items with us whenever we left the hotel. We didn¿t check but maybe we could have asked the front desk if there was another option.

Beds were hard and had springs coming out of them made for a very uncomfortable two nights

I truly enjoy staying at this hotel when I come into town. While my grandmother has been in the hospital, I have been able to come and go freely with no complications.

There is a staff member that is a young white lady that is on the weekend crew. She is always so disrespectful and treats people like we are under her. I think the owner or manager was there one day and her whole attitude changed, she was using yes sir.

The room was immacculate, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended our stay an extra night. The location was great, too! I highly recommend this hotel!

Staff friendliness was wonderful. Upon our late arrival, Hotel employee was working the front desk and welcoming us like we were long lost friends and he was happy to see us.

A little difficult to find after dark. Google maps was a quite confusing.

Completely modern, super clean, nice staff, overall great experience!

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Asking if room was ok or if we needed anything. Hotel is in a very convenient location - easy in and out.

Breakfast was cold (ate at 9:00 a.m.), hotel website feels too corporate and not local

The staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious!!! Also loved the water in the lobby!

The location is close to the hospital.

They served us raw sausage in the morning, and the plates had gobs of old food on them. They charged us $33. No hot water in the sink. The lobby smells horrid. There wasn't even anyone we could tell about any of it. The front desk people are very rude.

Best shower I've ever taken in my entire life. Bed was quite cozy and I slept like a baby. I enjoy the clean scent in the air throughout the hotel. Impeccable cleanliness. I truly appreciate that.

Location was quite a distance from I-40. I was fatigued from flying, loading a moving truck and driving 6 hours. I wanted a good night's rest so I wanted the best hotel. Just didn't like having to drive so far out of my way.
