It was a convenient location

The outlet that the fridge and microwave were plugged didnt work

You guys put down a that there was free breakfast. That?s why we picked this one. They don?t have breakfast at all and we paid $30 for breakfast down the street.

It was close to the interstate

The parking lot had tons of speed bumps, crazy dips and unevenness. The room requested was non-smoking, but had cigarette burns in the sheets--which also had debris on them--and the tables in the room. Smell of cigarette and weed smoke. Unclean towels.

There was a drip from the ceiling above the sink/bathroom that filled the floor with water. Lots of random noises in room. No breakfast as promised.

the bed sat on some kind of metal platform that made alot of noise. It sounded like someone throwing something in a metal dumpster.

The hotel room was modern.

The hotel was under construction, the outside was really bad looking and the bed was on a tin frame so it creaked every time you would turn over, the mattress was also hard as a rock.

No plug-ins to charge phone unless I unplug clock amd phone or charge by sink, half the lights did not work, water pressure sucked, took alittle bit for water to go down drain.

I didn't like anything.The toilet seat was loose.The shower handle was broken.No hot water and they charge me a note show fee which I can't get back and I had to re-rent the room.Cause they wouldn't rent me a room

The staff was unprofessional.They were unwilling to help with the situation.I was dealing with.I told them that my wife's flight was delayed and they didn't care they just wanted their money

The floor was dirty. The ironing board was broken. There were transient people lingering in the hallways. The lobby was little and filthy. There was no breakfast or coffee offered. There was construction in progress.

Room was very dirty you guys never contacted me back bed sheets and pillows had stains on the dryed up food was on the table and the lamps and floor the toilet have BM stains never heard back from the manager

When we checked in the front desk person wasnt the friendliest. Room was outdated, burn holes in the comforter, some plug ins didnt work, and bathtub could have been cleaner. Website showed free breakfast, it was coffee and muffins.

The room was great! Nice decor. Security cameras. Well appointed in general. BUT the COCKROACHES were not cool ! (I have pictures and video!) Cmon yall! Call hotel employee.

Pool was closed, rooms were cringy... hair around base of bathtub, dead fly on the wall... No Continental breakfast, only coffee bar... I've had better experiences for the same price at the one that always leaves a light on ... Desk clerk lacked emotion

It smelled horrible, the linens were stained, and while a continental breakfast was advertised, they do not serve anything other than coffee, said they had not done food since before covid

The floor was dirty bathroom door broken they didn't replace my towels they refolded the used towels

love the area its really nice and there are lots of restaurants and places to shop,

The staff was extremely rude the door was extremely hard to open and close, I asked for another room staff said no more rooms available. I tried to make a phone call in the lobby and as i tried to sit down the staff told me that i could not be inside.

It very clean and neat the staff is polite

Yes I put in for a non smoking room and they put me in a smoking room and when I tried talking to them about it they wouldn't solve the problem and didn't take it seriously as they should and I had to breathe the nicotine in causing breathing problem

The no visitors rule, having to pay extra to add someone to my room, the roaches and the nonchalant attitude of the front desk manager

Nothing felt unsafe and very sketchy.

Lobby doors locked 24 hours have to be buzzed in. Still using Covid as an excuse for no public restroom in the lobby and no breakfast or seating in the lobby. This place and the gas station next door just felt unsafe and sketchy.
