Budget Host Inn- Medical Center

Nothing the people that run the hotel are mean and hateful.

They had bed bugs and roaches and when we went to the office and said something they did nothing about it.

Rusty toilet and TV module was on floor I had to put it on top of the trash container to be able to change tv channel

This hotel is not safe for a single female to stay in, people live at the hotel and I smelled marijuana smoke the deadbolt in the room was broken off and there was no charging plug for a phone, no elevator

The room was dirty, the tv remote was missing the back and the tv had no signal. The tub drain was clogged so while taking a shower your standing in water. It was people sitting on the steps grilling and they did not want to move. Didn?t feel safe at all

The first room was never cleaned from previous occupants. Second room the bed was clean. Several homeless people on the property.

The cable didn?t work. Doors didn?t close or lock all the way. Seen a numerous of roaches. A lot areas look like they never cleaned them.

I had my room booked and paid for and their system never showed I was paid for and I was allowed to stay . I was out in the cold

Did not stay at this hotel. The front desk person claimed he could not run my credit card to the $50 deposit, that the machine wasn't working. The lobby area smelled like food and curry.

What I liked best was the price, the location and all the restaurants & stores nearby.

The sheets looked it dirty, I had to use Lysol on the sheets

There was no complementary breakfast. The hot water did not work.

Part about the hotel is definitely the location. Plus the shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispenser.

The staff and rooms were way below my expected expectations for the room price and deposit not professional nor clean environment

Management was friendly.

We found a surynge and needle stuck in the back of our ironing board. The bathrooms were nasty and one of them had blood in the bathtub.

The Beds and Hot Water

The TV remote didn't work at all

The hotel was a drug deal going bad in the parking lot. The room smelled of weed. I ended up leaving five minutes after being there. I did not like anything about this hotel.

Location. Parking.

Moldy smell. One chair in the room, broken unfit to use at the desk. No hot water in the faucet. Very slow water flow in the faucet. Slow commode.

Tv didn't work, staff incapable of fixing it. Ended up fixing the issue myself and staff seemed clueless about issue even though it was the same staff member that came to fix the issue himself.

Badly needed painting and cleaning. Staff upon arriving(waited 15 minutes) and leaving, were nowhere to be found. left key on the counter. Although said no pets, the dog in the room next door barked all night.No answer when attempting to call front desk.

I did not like the fact that the towels were dingy,they need new towels and the tube looked liked someone had put cigarettes out on it and the inside of the tube had stains on it. It just looked nasty. And also there was water coming up through the floor.

Nothing, it was absolutely horrible.

Everything. It was dirty, the staff were rude, the area is very sketchy, it was just no good.

The low pet fee was great since my dog doesn¿t cause issues or damages. The staff was extremely friendly and wonderful.

It¿s to be expected for a motel. The place was dirty with a lot of trash in the parking lot.
