- The location was great. Very convenient.
- Clean and close to airport with convenient shuttle service even with winter weather.
- The first lady receptionist who welcomed is very accommodating and helpful.
Cons -
- Staff did not clean the room during my stay.
- The drains in the bathroom and sink were both clogged.
- SheRhonda was incredibly patient and helpful. It was clear she was doing the job of multiple staff members helping the lobby, bar AND front desk guests simultaneously. She was graceful and polite even under pressure. Thanks!

The first lady receptionist who welcomed is very accommodating and helpful.
I got locked out outside where there are couch. The key card suddenly wont function. Good thing theres a passerby who opened the door from the inside. I was sooo cold outside.
