Management was amazing all the people working there were amazing. The hotel smelled really clean everything was clean I highly recommend this place.

My family enjoyed our stay the rooms were so clean and smelled great the whole hotel was well kept up and clean the staff was eager to accommodate any needs and the breakfast was fulfilling an tasty my kids also enjoyed the indoor pool!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The location is convenient and close to eating and shopping. The rooms are clean and the staff are always friendly.

There was no complimentary body wash in the room but overall this place is great.

The room smelled of paint. There was a used band aid stuck to the floorboard. They said the $100 hold on my card would be dropped, but the charge went through. Looks like a deal but you will end up paying more than some much better hotels.

The esthetics of the hotel & room were amazing! A modern style room, with a minimalist vibe, with manufactured hardwood flooring.

A handicap shower was needed, but already taken. Construction on many rooms.

Everything was new, price was good, parking was close.

They were doing construction but I knew that going in....

I did not like that the pool was closed and the wifi didnt and the cable only had basic channels

This hotel is updating currently, and it's looking great. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. I have stayed here multiple times, and will be back. The free continental breakfast is also a nice bonus!

Location and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. We needed a main floor room and at the last minute were able to put us in one. We had some concerns about the room and the staff were very understanding.

It is under remodel & construction.Had that been mentioned we would have chosen another hotel. Our room was one that had not been remodeled yet,issues with sink, worn out iron and a few other things. Amenities unavailable while being under remodel.

The staff in the bedroom was broken fell and hurt myself and they didn't do anything about it but got smart

Staff was nice and helpful overall. They did their best while protecting the motel regarding the bed bugs. The floors are wood laminate and appeared clean. Good parking.

The breakfast had the strangest hockey-puck eggs. When we got to the room the pillow on both beds were piled in the middle of the bed and one corner of both sheets and mattress were pulled back. The bed bugs and their bites were most distressing.

I was created upon arrival and the check in was quick.

The room was nasty. Hair and food on the floor.

The quality present in an older hotel

A repairman was smearing white caulk in a crack on the front of the building making a mess that will be there forever.

Front desk staff were friendly and courteous.

The breakfast was mediocre and the dinning area could be cleaner. Our room 202 had a broken glass window with a tape on it. The hallway carpet appeared too old and smelled bad. There was always an overflowing trash can in front of the elevator.

Location, friendliness of staff, and cost

The lock on the door did not work. The room needed updating. Office chair was falling apart. Smoke detector was hanging by wires. Tables were badly scuffed up.

The room wasn't clean. It is in a bad part of town so not that safe. I was traveling alone and I am female and it was kind of scary. The room was out dated and there was a broken shower curtain. I wouldn't ever stay there again.

Location near I30

No high-def. TV which went to snow periodically then picture came back on. Cigarette butts in front of the lobby door and some questionable guests staying there.
