The splash pad (only reason I booked here) wasn’t working and before checking in I asked if the area was work and was told it was.

Location

The hotel seems to be deteriorating with regard to upkeep and types of hotel clients frequenting the premises. The smell of marijuana lingers in the room areas all day long. On our stay a biker?s club had rented out most of the hotel.

The breakfast and location.

The room was smoked in. The sink faucet is lose when turn. The pool had foams on surface and the splash pad wasn't working.

The beds were comfortable. And the location was great. Staff was nice.

The splash pad in the pool area was broken. The pool area was DIRTY. Chunks of hair in both the pool and near the chairs. Wet tissue/bugs in the water. Sofa bed matress in room was rust covered. No linens in room for sofabed. Breakfast was disappointing.

The housekeeping clearly cares so much about their work. It was above and beyond service and exceptional cleanliness.

The gentleman that checked me in was less than ideal for a customer service role. I had to wait for awhile before someone appeared and he was less than friendly.

Location

Yes!! I choose the hotel based on hot breakfast and a pool. We were staying through Christmas and there was not any hot breakfast on Christmas and the whole time we?re there the swimming pool had so much chemicals in it that we wasn?t able to use it.

Guy at the reception seemed uninterested and didn't seem friendly. Also I never received the room service even after I called front desk. I arrived Monday and left Friday morning and had to get my own towels from housekeeping staff

Room big and roomy

Yes we had already prepaid hotel they ask for debit card for incidentals. They charge that card for room too. I call to advise of this was not helpful to fix it.

The location was perfect for my visit to the city.

Room service did not tidy up my room, I said come back in 20 minutes and she never came back. Maybe it was the language barrier.

Front desk staff was unpleasant and barely helpful. Pool area wasn¿t clean and splash pad wasn¿t working.

Great location. To be fair, I have stayed at this hotel before and did not have the issues with a dirty room.

The tv did not work. There was tape on the walls from the previous occupant. There was a spider smashed on the ceiling, and an unidentifiable black spot on another spot on the ceiling. If the room was cleaner, I would recommend this hotel.

The fact that had the living room

Just that they forgot to put a shower curtain but I spoke to the people at the front desk and they did it right away

WOW! Rooms nice. Bigger than expected. Kids loved the pool. Splash pad was under repair so we missed that, will try again. Breakfast was nice. Location: easy access, quiet, with eateries close by. Price: great. Very much enjoyed. Impressed.

The location is great, the hotel is very nice, the rooms are huge and beautiful. We loved the pool as well.

The only problem we had was the water was cold in the shower. They were having issues in the entire hotel, not just our room.

Breakfast

Room was dirty had to switch rooms bugs in the bathtub elevator stopped working had to get a disabled daughter down four flights Upstairs I was told I¿d get a refund for the room because of all the troubles but it never happened

The location was close to shopping, food and the interstate.

The sprinkler @ the pool was not working for most of the time we were there and that was disappointing because I chose that hotel for that reason.

The shower water was cold I¿m my room but hot at the pool shower¿ I asked the front desk why won¿t the shower get hot in my room ¿ he said because it was a lot of people taking showers¿ that was around 9pm come 1am it was still cold

My heat was not working. I did not call the front desk because it was after midnight when I made it back to the room and I needed to get some sleep.
