Hotel was not clean ants and water leak also sink was clogged up badly.. it didnt meet my expectations bc I want hotel with hot breakfast instead of agent offering the embassy suite they told me this hotel meets my expectations and didn't

Clean safe location

Indoor Pool was unheard (cold).

The staff, food, and cleanest.

I wish they would add 2 more waffle makers because the line was outrageous. Maybe another elevator but I guess we didnt have to wait too long. lol!

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was average for hotel fare, the hotel was nearly full with travelers but not overly noisy. I would stay there again.

room was very dirty. There was urine from the previous guest on the toilet seat that had not been cleaned by the staff before we arrived.

I felt like the room wasn¿t very clean. The tile floors were sticky. The furniture was very worn out. The bed was not comfortable and loud when you turned over. It definitely was not as nice as other Hamptons I have stayed in.

Saturday AM when we were leaving for the day (asked for house keeping to freshen up our room) the customer service was excellent-she was very sweet and helpful!! Breakfast was delicious and the staff kept the breakfast area CLEAN and TIDY!!

Upon check-in-customer service was ¿ok¿. He was nice, just not the usual ¿welcome-y¿ feeling I usually. The bathroom floorboards were a bit grungy.

Great business executive traveler's hotel! Excellent complimentary breakfast!

We got stuck here for 3 nights during Winter storm Landon & appreciated the hotel housed their staff to accommodate the frozen road conditions for emp¿s not being able to come in or leave. Everything was great! The employees were wonderful! Thank you!!

Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again if in the area.

Bottom fitted sheet was too small and came off Completely thru out the night! We had our sleep interrupted because of this problem. Want to purchase your king size coverlet or know Where to go on line to purchase it in white? Our trip was great!

The only benefit about this hotel, is that I could fit 6 people in the suite and that it had an indoor pool. Even then, I wouldn¿t have stayed here had I seen them rooms or the pool prior to reserving it.

The entire room condition wasn¿t pleasant. The shower sliding door wouldn¿t stay closed. The microwave door was mil functioning and the space was so small, I pinched my fingers pushing the door open. The furniture handles and doors were broken.
