Convenient. Close to the interstate

The mandatory $10.00 parking fee towards there new parking lot. Been staying in hotels for 50 years. Never got charged for parking. If I would have known this up front I have stayed somewhere else.

It is new and clean. Not far from the airport (less than a ten minute drive.) Excellent restaurants just a few minutes away.

You pay to park, though it is very reasonable.

Breakfast was well stocked. Attendant was very pleasant. Quiet.

Parking ranked among the worst in my experience. Had to park in the mud on the back of the lot. Also, the back of the hotel overlooked a very undesirable building.

New, clean, and easy to get anywhere.

$10 nightly parking charge for a location that is not in the heart of downtown. The breakfast was the most limited of any Holiday Inn Express I've been to. There was no oatmeal; the cereal choices were Fruit Loops, Corn Flakes, and Special K.

The property is new. It has great access to the Interstate and is walking distance to the Clinton Library

This hotel is newer and was very clean. The windows are nice and big.

We heard and saw a lot of noisy car racing and car spinning/brodies in the distance from our window. The hotel is also near a freeway so there is traffic noise. We were there for only one night but not sure the area is safe.

Great location. We were able to walk to the downtown area for food. Several restaurants close to the hotel.

Construction all around on the streets. Was on the night of 3-17-23. Entire area was full of cars. Parking was a joke. $10. to park in a lot with no stairs or lights. I was traveling with wife and daughters. Saturday breakfast should start at 6 AM!

Rooms were clean, really liked the chaise in room and shower had great water pressure. Check in was quick and staff was nice.

Pillows were all a little too soft.

Did not like having to pay for parking. When you are already paying a lot of money for a room, you do not want to also pay to park your car. It would maybe be different if parking were limited. But they have an entire lot to themselves.

Easy on and off the highway when just passing through for the night. The hot breakfast buffet was great and very clean area.

It just recently opened so the little snack store didn¿t have any water for purchase and was pretty empty but that would not keep us from going back.

New! Staff very efficient, Keisha and Ebony went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

Breakfast was good. It was very clean and location was walking distance to the Clinton Presidential Library and many restaurants.

The bathroom door wouldn't lock. The layout didn't allow for much separation between the sitting area and the sleeping area. Better separation is ideal so light from the sitting area doesn't disturb those sleeping.

We had a wonderful stay .. Housekeeping was great ,my gbabies used many towels .. A big shout out too Perry the night clerk , he totally awesome, he didn't mind us playing UNO in lobby at midnight .. Thanks Perry

the only thing I liked about the whole stay was the room was nice decorations and cleanliness

the staff was prejudice and liars, I was falsely and wrongfully accused of committing illegal acts destroying hotel property and required to leave without anything to support the accusations or performing any type or inspection or investigation
