Hampton Inn & Suites Little Rock-Downtown

Worst hotel. Staff was rude. Lobby was under construction and was noisy. They shut the water off in the morning.

Hotel redid the floors in the rooms (which were beautiful) but since there was no carpet, you could hear the neighbors as if they were in your room. Finally realized that noise was coming from underneath the connecting door. No free parking 👎

It's in a great location for access to everything in the downtown area. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The public areas of the hotel are nice. The included breakfast was good.

The room was clean, but it was dated and in need of some significant renovations. The mattress was worn, squishy, and bouncy. The hotel's parking area was full, leaving me to have to search for street parking or a nearby parking garage.

I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at the front desk nor the GM which I have an email for Samantha Cox. I unfortunately left something of mine on the table and called immediately when I discovered it I believe housekeeping should?ve turned it in

The friendly front desk staff the night clerk was extremely kind and helpful.

Could use some dusting behind furniture every now and then it looked like it had been awhile.

The beds were comfortable and the room overall was decent.

The pillows were too flimsy. Didn?t provide any neck support. It was very loud. Lots of street noise can be heard. Haven?t stayed downtown LR so wasn?t prepared for that.

time to start updating the rooms. carpet had stain on floor and small 32 inch tv is over with these days.

Garage parking however I feel it should have been included with the room stay!

My TV did not work and when I went for a shower the shampoo and the soap were empty!

Upon arrival the desk clerk was less than welcoming. Poor customer interaction skills.

The waffle mixer was broken and was not fixed so we could not take waffle for breakfast.

Location, breakfast was good, attendant at breakfast was excellent. She was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Carpet in room was worn and stained. Mini fridge froze up. In room coffee machine was missing parts, couldn?t use it. Parking is $15 a day. Parking location that you pay $15 a day for is inconvenient.

The location is right in the heart of downtown. It is close to a major highway, restaurants, and public transportation.

The hair dryer and iron were both on there last leg.

Overall the room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately it wasn't well vacuumed because I ended up with a staple in my foot. The closet door was broke and the hair dryer didn't work.

There was a lot of dust. I mean very visible dust. Roach wings on the floor on the wall side of the bed so I know it had not been vacuumed in a while. The night help at the desk was more interested in her phone and cheese dip than helping anyone.

It was nice and had a good breakfast.

I did not realize that the location was without it's own parking. Nor did I think I would be charged per day for parking when other hotels that I could have picked would have ample parking at no cost. Furthermore, we were double charged.

The location and value was very good. Free street parking on weekends was a nice bonus.

The elevator was being serviced but it ended up really not being a big deal

The rooms were not clean the carpet had stains first room carpet was wet had dirty spots all over. The room they moved me too couch had stains the bedding had stains on pillow cases the refrigerator didn¿t keep things cold the dead bolt on door broke
