- There was a live band playing in the lobby until 1:00 in the morning. The music rattled the walls of our room. No one could sleep. They started cleaning the room next to us early in the morning and woke my whole family up. Worst hotel ever.
- Hair in the shower before I got in for the first time.
- New hotel. Very poor quality construction. Cheap materials. Trying to pull off contemporary & "mod." No shampoo in room & no assistance to get any. Front desk was not friendly or helpful. No hair dryer in room. Dogs EVERYWHERE.

Love everything! Staff and accommodations are amazing and the bar and live music are amazing and so is the food.
We did not eat breakfast but the complimentary coffee bar was great.
We had a great time and the drinks at wxyz lounge were great.
The room was clean e the hotel very well located.
The rooms was very small, even though I booked a 2 queen bed room.Also, the reservation said breakfast but there were only coffee to go.

Had a extremely loud band that played until 11pm and rattled the floors in our room, absolutely insane to have that in a hotel

The pet fee is outrageous! The lounge area had an EXTREMELY loud music party that we could hear on the fourth floor. The facility looks a bit beat up.
The location is great - it's nice to be able to walk over to The Promenade at Chenal to eat, shop or catch a movie. The property is clean and very well maintained. Also, the bartenders at the WXYZ Bar are great - a shout out to Jared and Allie for taking such good care of us!
