Hampton Inn & Suites Hope

Location and appearance.

I did not care for there policy of having to request a room cleaning daily. If you are staying multiple days it should be automatic. When I requested additional towels I was told I had to come down & get them in a not so nice tone.

Clean and conveniently located to Interstate 30.

The breakfast was not that good. The eggs and potatoes were cold.

It was clean and in a good location. The breakfast was wonderful; a full breakfast with several choices.

Right before check out (15min)your key didn¿t work to go back into the room to ensure everything was out

The staff was extremely friendly, great breakfast, nice indoor pool, and quiet hallways even with a full parking lot.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The fitness center was clean and had well-maintained equipment.

The lady that was putting food out for breakfast on Monday was slow and indifferent about getting food refilled as it ran out.

Clean and in a good location. Was only there from midnight to 7 the next morning. Was there for some street racing.

The air didn't work. Had the thermostats set on 66, it never got below 77. The water pressure in the shower was awful, no way I could wash my hair with hardly no water. Receptionist could not have cared less. We were not the only room with these issues

Beds need to be replaced. Air and heating systems did not work well. Room had a musty smell.

Everything about this hotel was off great quality. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast awesome and well presented. Hotel beautiful and very clean.

Wish there would of been a hot tub. The description of miles to Crater of Diamonds State Park was a little off, it was more like 40-45 miles but a nice easy drive.

The hotel is close to everything. A complimentary breakfast is offered.

The indoor pool was terrible. The water was like a hot bathtub and the room was so hot and humid we could not stand to be in it for more than an hour. There is no ventilation or air flow whatsoever. Rooms are not sound proof enough.

Staff was helpful. I had booked two rooms for two nights. When I arrived the rooms were not next to each other. I asked the front desk if they could get them side-by-side. The young man was very helpful and actually got us a joining rooms. Breakfast gr

The sausage for breakfast one day was turkey sausage and I don't like turkey sausage. Everything else was absolutely wonderful.

We loved everything about this Hampton Inn. The staff was warm, friendly and accommodating in every way. Our room was clean and well-maintained. Our breakfast every morning was excellent; cookies and a coffee/tea bar was available every afternoon/evening.

Can't think of anything.
