Tasty hot items for breakfast. Josh at front desk was great very helpful. Spacious rooms quiet to the outside noise. Great location across street from Baum Park and university. Will definitely stay again

The location is great
The hallways smelled like old food and my room smelled bad, especially around the sink, stove kitchen area. The bed was very hard and the air conditioning was very loud and cycled on and off all night long

Clean, updated, quiet, comfortable bed, spacious room
Parking was confusing because there were many cones and areas blocked off. No drop off area at the front of the hotel.
