Hampton Inn By Hilton Fayetteville

The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. It was as an overall good experience. We’ll be visiting family in Farmington more often and will definitely stay at the Hampton. And it was quiet!

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well sized room.

Breakfast was good, food was hot and fresh. Clean and fresh smell to room and halls.

The sheet and mattress protector came off each night while we were sleeping, made for a restless sleep. The bath soap in the wall dispenser ran empty while I was showering. Tissue box only had 3 tissues in it when we arrived. When I checked in the man in front of me was offered bottled water as he checked in, more people came in behind me so it got a little busy, but I was never offered any water. Made me feel very unappreciated.

Location for visiting UofA was the best feature. Rooms and comfort were good. Food was ok, could have just been the day I was there.

Felt the sink and counter by the door was a little odd.

The Hilton self check in did not work but the staff at reception were great, everything went smooth and quick. Room was the one we selected, quiet and comfortable.

We always stay here every time we visit Fayetteville. Always someone friendly and helpful at the desk. Rooms are always clean and nice. We had an issue with this stay where the power to the room went out as soon as my daughter hit the start button on the microwave. I went to the front desk to let them know, hoping we wouldn't have to move rooms, or worse, no other rooms available. The lady went right into action to resolve the issue. She looked for problems in the room even with the struggle of getting to the power strip. She had to go to a breaker box or something. She was able to fix the power. It took no time at all. I was grateful it was fixable! Things happen but when they do, getting great help and service makes all the difference! (We have stayed several times here before and never have had a problem. So this was a random incident)Let me add, this a great place for families! Breakfast is always good also.

There's nothing I don't like. I would complain about prices, but everything is going up. The price is worth it for a dependable stay. Always clean, friendly staff and great location!

We stayed in a room over the front entrance. The curtain is inside the window frame making an intense light frame around the curtains. We didn’t sleep well because of this. Too much light was able to get in around the curtain.

The location was great for our purposes. We got up too late for breakfast!
