They served a nice breakfast and gave extra towels, and they were kind to my grandchildren who were not staying in the hotel

The indoor pool wasn't heated

Cleanliness, good breakfast with longer hours than most hotels.

Refrigerator did not get cold enough. Sports teams staying in the hotel made our first night (Friday) rather noisy. Saturday night was better.

Pets can stay, friendly staff, cleanliness, comfy bd.

Tub did not drain and was very slippery. We were in the handicap accessible room for a reason and the shower was so slippery with only one grab bar that it was not safe for Grandma to shower.Vents full of dust which caused allergy issues as well.

The 75 dollars for my dog to stay that was never disclosed to me when booking my stay. So I won't be visiting again.

The staff and the room were very nice, big and clean, I loved all aspects of it . The amenities were very nice as well gym had everything. The hotel location is great you are right next to a Walmart, Starbucks and more eating places.

The shower water pressure was terrible, and the TV didn’t offer many apps. The few that did work were very slow. The breakfast is very light they were super booked and couldn’t keep up with demand expect to eat out for breaksfast.

The sliding door to the bathroom.It is dangerous. My wife jammed her finger in the metal slide handle.This should be addressed.

The toilet lid didn't fit and the tank on the toilet was broke..the door to the cabinet for the fridge also was damaged

It was a little tricky to access the road to the hotel.

Location was perfect. The lobby smell really good. The room is spacious extremely clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful!

There is nothing that o didn’t like

Breakfast was great. I liked the variety of foods/pastries offered. Great location, friendly staff, and everything very clean.

I would love to see a larger variety of creamer offered with the coffee. The only flavored creamer was a chocolate salted caramel. If it was just salted caramel I would have loved it ha.
