The hotel does not exist I was fraudulently booked a room at a place that is not there

Arrived at the motel at 9pm, however nobody was available to check in. Office was locked with no information provided.

Everything was bad the room pulled the sheets back they were dirty and had baby roaches in the bed couldn't sleep in the room slept inside of my vehicle

Nothing. I wanted to check out early and couldn't.

Everything. There were roaches in the room, the room had not been cleaned. Housekeeping never came the 3 days I was there. The microwave did not work. I really want a refund.

Hole in wall, bathroom doesn¿t shut, shower curtain was just a clear liner held up by zip ties, dresser was broken, staff tried to keep my credit card and claim they didn¿t have it and was rude about returning it, bed sheets very stained

The roaches an there was no ice machine or coffee maker or cups n staff is kinda stuck up but other than that ok

The manager was extremely rude. I booked online and paid an additional $30.00 for secur6depost online, when I avived at the motel the manager had me pay an additional $30.00 for a security deposit. I have only received 1/2 of the security deposits made.

The manager is extremely rude and mean. Be very careful if you go there to avoid an altercation that would involve police.

Dirty sheets. Ants in the room. No bathroom curtain.

Everything there was holes in the door cracks around the door the staff was rude very unpleasant

Bed had bed bugs , changed room second room was dirty left for the day came back and the room had not been cleaned or touched since we left earlier that morning TERRIBLE

Water pressure was good.

The room was very unclean. The carpet and floor looked as though it has not been vacuumed and cleaned. The carpet was very scared and had holes from burns. The beds had stains on the comforter and left over hairs on pillows.

the location was not far from searcy, arkansas so that was ok

the overall room was just so so and the was only fair clean bathroom was the worst of the experience the window film was coming off the window in the bathroom let cool air in and there was no fan

The only reason we stayed was because we booked online before arriving to hotel too tired to go through the hassle of finding another hotel.

OYO Searcy in Arizona is closed, but they booked a room anyway

This property is not a hotel anymore and the customer service for OYO Properties didn't even know so they send me on a wild goose chase for over an hour.
