Quality Inn Valley - West Point

Tv didn't work, tub was broken, no hot water, mattress had mold, wifi wasn't working very well, other guest near my room were loud. I will never stay here again.

The proximity to the event I was attending.

There was a roach in my room and the comforter had stains and cigarette burns everywhere. The floor clearly had not been properly clean. There were ants crawling in the AC control panel and on the elevator panel.

The location was perfect for my purposes.

The free HOT breakfast consisted of the following: cold-boiled eggs, cereal, chocolate chocolate chip muffins, apples, orange & apple juice, coffee/tea, milk, and a hot pancake machine. The worst!! I had to go to the Waffle House next door.

Yes, I booked two non-smoking rooms but they gave me one with smoke odor and said no other rooms available to exchange. Worst experience.

Safe place to sleep for the night at a reasonable rate

Sometimes loud inside and outside at night; pitiful breakfast practically all carbsand sugar.

The room had a refrigerator and microwave which is helpful.

The floors were dirty and 2 out of the 3 ice machines were out of order. The pool filter also did not seem to be working very well.

The lobby smelled nice. But it was probably the air freshers that they had to lure people in to stay¿. The rest of the hotel reeked of smoke.

The hallways and rooms reeked of smoke. The mattresses were ok, pulled the bed out a bit, you could see dirt and all manner of hair that should not be there. Smoke all in hallways & rooms. Horrible experience as we booked non smoking rooms for our family.

It was clean and close to the softball fields where my daughter was playing. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Our room was clean but had several things in disrepair. The window was broken,the bathroom vent did not work, the closet door was held closed with tape and a wastebasket. The ac unit made a loud clunk every time it cycled. The whole place needed upgrading

There was no one at the front desk even after I waited and rand the bell 5 times. Then my room was not ready yet, at 5:30pm. The mirror door on closet was barely hanging and held shut by a piece of tape and a trash can bracing it! Saw 5 dead lady bugs

I didn't like being woke up out my sleep to someone telling me my room was not paid for and I had my itenerary

The room is big, clean.

The floor is hard wood. The water is small.

Friendliness of staff.

Breakfast was very limited; only waffles, yogurt, and microwave oatmeal. The owner/manager was in house, which we expected a better breakfast as advertised. When we last stayed here, the associates ensured that there was a full breakfast as advertised.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the high way and to access to restaurants and this to eat the room was big and nice

The staff that was supposed to check us in was very rude and not helpful at all even said there is another hotel up the block the staff was not helpful

The front staff was really nice and helpful.

The room was dirty. Dirty towels left all over the Bath room. The floor was also dirty. The Phone didnt work and she shower head leaked. The continental Breakfast was not much neither was the coffee. Food was stale.

First room they gave us was dirty. Second had people in it. Third room had marks on the sheets even though they appeared clean. Also a stray cat followed us into our room.

It was close to the highway.

The key cards worked intermittently. We had to change cards to get in the room. After the first night the toilet backed up and we had to change rooms.

The hotel was not clean. Our floors were dirty and there was dirt in the air conditioner. They pulled the breakfast an hour early one day.

Staff very friendly. Convenient location right off the interstate. Room was very clean. Exceeded my expectation for a roadside hotel.
