It was clean,quiet and the beds were comforable so I got a good night sleep.

I did not like how the front desk mam treated me. He said my card declined after it said approved on the payment screen. Then I told him it took the money off my card. He just kept saying it declined over and over. He didn't try to look it up.

There was a leak in Ceiling in bathroom shower. Was told I was going to get a discount because hotel was completely booked but have yet to receive that!

The bed was nice

The place is disgusting. I had a dead roach on my bed and they hadn’t vacuumed the room in weeks. There was an onion peel in the drawer. Absolutely gross. And the owner parked his Mercedes under the overhang so I had to drop my family off in the rain

Nothing at all.

The bathroom was filthy,, so gross that we didn’t shower at all in it. Although there was no breakfast served because of Covid they were to have sacks of breakfast food and drink available and did not have any left at 8 am.

This hotel was not clean in any way! The floors were not vacuumed. The bed linens weren't changed. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. Asked for a different room, the second room was slightly cleaner than the first but still not clean.

when we entered the room it smelled like someone had just smoked weed right before they left. I asked for a non smoking room and was given a smoking room and no other rooms were available they claimed . Tv had no hd , hotel needs updating

I didn't realize how much the hotel would smell of smoke. Luckily they had a non-smoking room available. Room felt old and tired.

The hotel looks brand new, and is very nice. The staff was friendly, and efficient.

This hotel is set back off the road, and although it is convenient to everything, you will think your GPS has gone crazy when it navigates you to the hotel. It is well worth discovering!

Plaster falling off ceiling in shower.bathroom door was patched with plywood a d filthy .hole in wall poorly attempted to patch . owner was rude . breakfast was watered down waffle batter ice cold eggs and sausage

Convenient location for my particular trip. Rougher side of Tuscaloosa.

Smells like smoke everywhere and the clerk tried to charge me for another day at 11:17 am. I needed a 12 -12:30 check out. Breakfast was aweful. Heater control was broken. TV was blurry. Wanted to charge for queen beds. Just not good overall.

Friendly staff

Our room was located on the smoking floor but we had a non smoking room. Smells horrible.

Had to change rooms. First room the towels was used and the bed looked like someone had laid across it. The second room the pillow cases were dirty. Front desk had to bring new pillows and cases to our room. Will not be staying there again.

The location is convenient. The place smells and room carpet is old and stinks.

There where still a remaining balance that was charged at the check in. It was only a couple of cents but it shows lack of organization. Room smell like cigarette Shower soap smell horrible.

It was in a great location. The lobby was really nice.

The rooms need to be updated.

Staff was pleasant

Plaster on ceiling was coming off in chunks. Coffee maker was broken. Room and bath were worn out. Just a basic room. Nothing fancy. It was fine I will probably try other hotels in same price range next time

It's convenience to interstate 20 and other good places to eat.

The shower had mold and mildew in it and the pillows were a bit lumpy.

The room was clean and comfortable as well as conveniently located near the lobby. Breakfast was great.

The only scary moment was when I arrived to check in and the male front desk clerk had already booked someone else under my name. The lovely female front desk clerk fixed the problem and assured me I wouldn't be double charged. So far so good.

The hotel has recently been updated and was nice when we first walked in and the staff was friendly.

We were very disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. It also seemed like such a shame that they obviously invested a large amount of money in the hotel recently, but were not maintaining it.
