Pool closed Sink stopped up Ac was screaming loud

It was so disgusting I went back to the car cried ate my food and went to another hotel.... Didn't even waste my time after stepping in

Great host, super communicative and helpful as well as friendly.

Price

One ice machine that stopped working, empty vending machine, no elevator.

Easy to get to. Had everything I needed.

Their cleaning solution had a strange odor that was bothersome. One night (in an adjoining room) it was so strong it was almost intolerable.

Not sure if it was a newly built or recently renovated location, but the hotel is very up to date and very nice accommodations. The bed was very comfortable and high quality linens. Entire room was very clean and updated including the bathroom.

I couldn't make the TV work to save my life... The remote control is very confusing!

I loved how clean the hotel was.

The front door entrance. The doors need ADA buttons or they need to invest in automatic doors.

This hotel used to be Sleep Inn and we used it then. It is close to my family's residence and when a celebration is taking place there we opt to go to a hotel so others can use the extra bedroom space. They have updated since last time we were there.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is small, but acceptable. The shower did look as if it needed to be repaired for aesthetic purposes, however it was usable. The free breakfast was great: pancakes, sweet rolls, cereal, fruit etc. Satisfied

Girl at front desk was really nice

Room was not vacuumed, dust was everywhere, and the fact that lady who checked mea in had to go up and clean room because housekeeping did not do their job correctly was not right at all.

Location of I-81

The fact that you could hear everything in the room next door clearly. Ended up checking out at midnight and drove on no sleep because the person next door talked on speaker phone for hours which sounded like she was in the room with me. Terrible

Staff was friendly.

I got staph on my eye. Apparently from either the brand of laundry detergent they use or the pillow case not being changed.

The location is aweaome

The rooms are too small....staff not customer service friendly.. on the upper level going in and out the door is very heavy and u can hear it close

I like the breakfast experience. I like the quietness. The staff is nice. It is convenient to me. I love coming here.

Good location of off I20

No elevator but no problem

Cleanliness and the shower was great and large.

Not allowed to choose the bed configuration.

The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The room and hotel overall was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast with fresh eggs and staff was on hand to refresh items as needed.

Good location, clean & nice staff,& good breakfast better than oters loved it.

The $50 deposit & still haven't received it back so i made booking and 2 deposits nothing back.

The hotel was cleaner than I expected for the star level. It also had a pool and breakfast bar included. For a two star hotel, it was better than expected. Room size was adequate.

Alabama football weekend rates are exorbitant at every hotel in Tuscaloosa. The hotel was ok. The hallway smelled of pet urine a bit and my room sink had not been thoroughly cleaned. My room had 2 or 3 ants in it in October when it was fairly temperate.

Pool area

Room was muggy bathroom was outdated. Halls were gross

Breakfast

No pool dirty room mold smell
