great location

they would not clean the room over a 3day stay. I spoke with the housekeeping staff and the front desk staff. They also charge $15 per hr for late check outs. I'll stay at a better hotel next time

Absolutely nothing

The hotel was very dirty. There were stains of either poop or blood on the beds, hair in bath tubs. They showed us three rooms & all rooms dirty. They were not wanting to refund my money. I am seeking higher level to complain to or report to.

The location was a little scary. The Wifi was subpar. It is loud because of the interstate and there was a gap around the door. The top lock was not secure at all.

Nasty nasty nasty! Cigarette burns all around the tub. Toilet was leaking water onto the floor. Bed linens felt like fine grade sandpaper. It stunk!! Tear this dump down. And because their was an Alabama game in town I paid $--- dollars for 1 night

Remote to TV doesn't allow input changes and no manual way to change input. Problem for people traveling for work to perform their duties there.

Can¿t say I was too thrilled at much.

Yes! They refused to accommodate me for the room I booked. When I looked back at my itenerary, it wasn¿t the room I choose at booking. I had to get an additional room and pay an additional deposit, which I still haven¿t received back! I was so upset.

Bathtub was very dirty, floors in the room were very sticky, the bathroom sink was cracked. I was too tired from driving all day so I did not request to move to a different room.

Cleanliness of the hotel. Location was okay.

Random people who banged on my door at all hours of the night. Not hotel employees just inconsiderate individuals.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean, quiet Bonnie at front desk was friendly and pleasant

Nothing fancy here, to be sure, but it met our needs just fine. The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms are not spacious, but they were clean, the staff was very nice, the location was good and, most importantly, the price was good for all of that.

This is a college town and key weekends can get very pricey. This hotel didn't seem to jack their prices up as much as everyone else and I think they are better for it. Many people staying there for graduation weekend!
