Location near graduation ceremony

Room stunk and bed was uncomfortable

Refrigerator in room was leaking, offered me two options call maintenance or move me to a different room. I elected to move to a new room. Appreciated the quick response.

So nice to find helpful staff!! A clean room where towels were refreshed/ replaced each day! Trash cans were emptied and clean liners each day!! A nice breakfast to start your morning! Hot chocolate or coffee ANYTIME WE WANTED!!

Current remodeling. Sometimes had to walk around workers that were just standing or sitting around.

Toilets on the 3rd floor are abnormally low. Really really low and should be replaced with something more up to date.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Hotel was clean and in a safe area. Great restaurant right next door. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Comfy beds. We will definitely stay here again!

I thought the bathroom could have been cleaner and do to COVID precautions they should have more toilet paper i the bathroom.

Beds are comfortable, linens are soft, pillows are plush. Room was clean and facility well kept. Staff was friendly. Location was great. Restaurant next door , and short drive to other locations.

I wish the peephole on the door had a cover, and the gap at the bottom of the door letting in light. Nothing big, just small annoyances.

It was quiet and just what I needed for a night of sleep

I could hear the housekeeping staff first thing that morning doing what they are supposed to do. I just wish they were more quiet so that I could sleep in a little more.

Check in staff incompetent. I asked for quiet room. She changed my room to "one away from elevator." - which in fact was room closest to elevator. She changed my room again. Then put me in midst of noisy Citadel Tennis team. Moved again.

Room had a smell. We had food in our fridge from someone else. Toilet continued to run had to hold down the handle.

Hotel was very clean. Coffee and tea were always available. There was filtered water to fill water bottles by the front desk. This hotel is very close to campus. Excellent location if visiting UA.

Our room had a shower and no tub. I didn't request a room with a tub but just assumed it would have one. The shower was nice and clean.

The restaurant next door was closed for remodelling. Wish I'd known that before I booked the hotel.

Room was great as always... My favorite is the pillows. The staff are so polite. We stay here every year for Alabama football camp. This makes the third year. Thank you Hampton! Roll Tide!
