The friendly staff
The location is good, close to University of Alabama. We were able to check in early without a problem. The price was better than anybody else in the area. Staff was friendly.

Cons -

Got to the room at midnight after the football game and the key card didn't work. The office was locked and there was no emergency number or buzzer. Had to pound on doors until owner came out and fixed it. Spent an over an hour in the creepy parking lot.
Hotel employee whatever her name is, is so unprofessional that i will never book a room there again! Biased and disrespectful to a customer that has already booked his room is a no-no.
Everything. The shower was dirty. Like I should have taken pics. Because it was terrible. They did have non smoking available and the blankets had holes. I swear I didn't shower there the nights I stayed. (Why didn't I go to another hotel? Non refundable)

God honestly nothing
