The front desk staff were friendly and quick they also gave us early check in.

Yes the floors in the room were pealing u0 they were stained yellow from smoke the room smelled of smoke terribly. One of the outlets did not have a cover on it at all and exposed wires. The blankets have cigarette burn holes in them

Not enough soap or shampoo. 2-3 Small little packets. Crappy towels.

Staff rude, linen and towels are stained. Musty smell. Overall cleanness is poor. Breakfast only stale muffins and powder mini donuts daily. Ice machines are broken.

Nothing my heat didn?t work

I entered the room while it was 37degrees outside and my heat didn?t work snd they couldn?t accommodate me with another room that I chose

This hotel was gross. Roaches in the bathroom, furniture was scuffed up, floors were stained. Bathtub felt like I might fall through.

I am from Michigan at I visit bama occasionally n when I go I like to stay there because it is good value for your money and the rooms are clean. People are quiet You can walk to get amenities. Maintenance guy an azz but overall I like this place

In the hood hotel and you only get three towels lol. Long term guests will steal or have your car stolen. Trashy

We needed a place to stay for 2 weeks. and a place where we could work online without interruptions or disturbances. From the time we checked in, until we left, the room, service, staff, and environment were excellent. Would highly recommend staying her

Price was good for game day. Hotel clean and our room 146 seems like recently redone. Bed was comfy. Check in staff very friendly, helpful.

Check out staff not so friendly, wouldn't give me receipt. Had to get online. Breakfast a little sad, mostly carbs. Need in room coffee maker.

The night was miserable night desk clerk was pleasant Bedford hard and miserable pillows were flat requested more they had none half a roll of toilet tissue One towel nothing else for two occupants ice machines didn't work construction going on. Awful

Very dirty room!! Old food in fridge!! Used Qtip on counter! OJ bottle on night stand. Very disappointed in the room for the cost.

The sheets were dirty line someone has been sleeping in it. Bed wasnt made under the bed spread. Room stunk really bad.
