    • I love the location of the hotel. We had a big bay windows that my grandson love looking out of on to the downtown square. The beds were wonderful very comfortable and the sheets felt like heaven. From the front desk to the waitresses and the restaurant and bars the staff was wonderful. The host even took some time to play with my grandson and he loved it. Wil definitely stay again when we come back.

    Good staff

Allocated a room opposite a renovation of a room. Noise dust and acrid smell. Upgraded to a better room. Dinner in the restaurant was poorly planned as entrees and starters came almost the same time. The wine was not chilled. Manager removed items from the bill.

We were only there for a short trip but the hotel was extremely comfortable and staff was very friendly

    Didn’t love a $40 valet charge

    8BradPosted on: 7-20-2024

Air Conditioning had a motion sensor, only worked when movement. We see on 68 but woke up at 3 am burning up and saw it was 73.

The management team demonstrated exceptional leadership. When all but one morning served did not show up for work, they took on that responsibility. They took orders served and cleaned up after each customer. All with a smile on their faces!

The location was convenient to town. The restaurant and roof top were yummy and prompt service. Room was clean and comfy. Malik was top notch to ensure we ad a great experience.

The cost per room is typically very expensive

I wanted to love this hotel but it's just mediocre. The dinner at Forte was great. The front person, Terry, was the best part of the hotel. He was super friendly and convsersational.

The brunch was not good at all. We had to ask for room service every day. They just "forgot" to clean our room. And there was no ice anywhere. It just felt way overpriced for what we got.

    Location

The air conditioner was wacky , the room was freezing cold or to warm , we had a suite . And the TV didnt show channels or what was on .

    10Jens-PeterPosted on: 8-3-2023

Service for dinner and breakfast was really friendly. Dinner was great, roof top bar did have live music.

    10MandyPosted on: 7-31-2023

Eric the valet was courteous and friendly. He brought us our car promptly each time we needed it

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is gorgeous. We had dinner at Forte the last time we were in town. This time we were very busy to enjoy the amenities but we did extend our stay by another night!
