    Pros +

    • the only positive thing about this location was the close distance to campus
    • Very convenient location.
    • It was available.

    Cons -

    • 1.i was not charged the quoted price on here- i was overcharged because "they couldnt find me" in the system. 2nd-our room looked like it was under contruction, not completed-3rd, we have called multiple times for towels & was never delivered
    • Smelled of smoke everywhere. Elevator is just plain scary. Sofa was disgusting. MOLD all over our bathroom ceiling. I was sick for two weeks after. Between the smoke and the mold I felt terrible for two weeks. I contacted corporate, they never responded.
    • They did not tell me they could not accept credit cards after 9 p.m. Luckily I called them at 7 p.m. And that's when they told me. They emailed me a two-page form and wanted me to take a picture of my credit card and driver's license I did not do it in

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-12-2016

    The location.

We had to take care of the plumbing issue in our room all week! Maintenance brought us a plunger instead of fixing the toilet anir moving us to another room.

    Location

Yes, we paid $--- a night for a $--- room. The room was not what we booked...we booked a Queen Suite, Sleeps 4. My son had to sleep on the floor and another on the sofa because the sofa was not a sleeper sofa

This hotel was NASTY, and no effort was made to make it nice.

It was absolutely filthy....the room, the bathroom, the floors, the hallways and the common areas. My sheets were dirty and even had what appeared to be a large poop stain at the top near the pillow. The sheets and pillow cases smelled used and like smoke

    Leaving

Cockroaches, dirty room, broken faucet, unsavory characters roaming the area, noisy, no coffee cups (but would probably not use them anyway), no staff around, they gave key to other people to our room who opened door and gave us a room that was occupied.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-13-2016

Room size and kitchenette were great.

They will not provide you with extra towels. I had 3 guests and only provide 2 sets of towels. Staff is very rude. Although the room appeared clean and smelled good, my son woke up with about 20 insect bites all over his back and face.

Location was good close to the University Campus.......That is it nothing else at all even worth saying...

The hotel absolutely nasty from the time we entered the hallway to our room. The room was very dirty carpet had stains not one but large multiple stains, no amenities, the top of the refrigerator was very dirty, roaches on the floor! No refund!! really?

The website neglected to say that you had to check in by 9:00 p.m. I did not have a room and had to book another hotel at the last minute when the manager refused to come in and honor my reservation.

Attentive staff. Nice sized room with mini kitchen. This hotel is really an extended stay hotel and not for the overnight traveler.

First room we were given had a backed up toilet. They moved us and the second room had a tv that was locked on to one channel. Staff finally fixed it after two trips to the front desk. This place is not really geared to the one or two night traveler.

    Location was fine

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at - disgustingly dirty, shower didn't work, microwave was encrusted with old food, my room and entire building reeked of cigarettes, broken glass in picture on the wall, don't stay here ever!

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-16-2016

Hand towel in bathroom had lipstick stains. Bedding cover had dried blood on underside of it. Missing lightbulb in bedside lamp. Missing tv remote and no soap.

    5JamesPosted on: 12-21-2015

    Nice location Very quiet

Had no cups or glasses in this room. One dingy bath towel. Floor was not vacuumed. Stayed two nights. I did not know that the room would not be cleaned.

    2AngiePosted on: 12-19-2015

Old rooms, threadbare towels, cleanliness, no housekeeping, no fitness room. Used Coffee grounds in pot upon arrival, unclean dished in cupboard. Bathroom door would not shut.

    9JenniferPosted on: 12-14-2015

Location was great, room was clean and spacious. Will stay here again.

I did not like the fact that there was only one towel in the room and no washclothes at all. The hallway reaked of cigarette smoke.

    1TheduisPosted on: 11-30-2015

    Good location.

When we walked into the lobby of the hotel it was very stinky like a smoke smell. We got to our room the light bulbs was blown, they didnt have any on site that fit our room. Last another maintenance man just opened out door with out knocking. Bad stay.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-25-2015

    Location

Room smelt terrible and was obviously a smoking room as there were burn holes everywhere. Very loud, roaches everywhere, ants everywhere. Gave us two towels when told there was four people
