I requested a non smoking room and I check in and they only have smoking rooms available. And checking in with a sinus infection only aggravated it worse couch was staying horribly. The carpet was terrible. Didn?t wanna walk on it with my bare feet.

Lock up your stuff! Staff stole our wine in the mini refrigerator. Average room & clean. Would not stay there again!

Location close to every thing I needed to do.

Some of the hotels in this area were serving breakfast. But we did not have any trouble finding a place to dine-in for breakfast.

Everything in room worked, ie, heat, tv, coffee etc. Clean and quiet. Park lot well lighted. Check-in fast and easy.

No continental brkfast as advertised. No hard copy receipt.

My room was not ready at the desire time. The next day they cleaned my room and it took them 3 hours to make up my bed. Coffee was not good but the rest of the breakfast was.

Location, access and parking.

Continental breakfast, to save, had no fruit, no protein like bacon, sausage or eggs and a small selection of juices and cereal. Certainly the smallest availability of food stuff in a hotel with an included breakfast. But, that explains the low costs.

It was nice and clean

I was very excited about the hotel and the location was very much so satisfied with me , I enjoyed my stay there, everything was great as we can in for a funeral and I really love the cleanliness of the hotel and the room! I would like to thank everyone!

There was no hot oatmeal or grits or eggs! But overall everything was great I

Location was perfect for our trip to Bryant Denny Stadium. Price was reasonable.

The lobby was not 24 hours.

We weren't expecting much since it says it's a 2-star hotel, but the room was very nice. Best room for $-- a night!

I was hoping there were more amenities (pool, gym, etc) but again, it is a cheap hotel, so that's not necessarily an issue to be upset about.

The room was large, clean, and well furnished. The bed was comfortable and the other furniture was in good condition. The amenities included a small refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and coffee maker. The staff was friendly.

The continental breakfast was convenient but fairly meager.

Bathroom

Dirty room. Phone was so gross wouldn't touch it. The room was right next to bfast room right at front desk. Disgusting view. 2.5" cockroach I killed on floor last night. They don't like the package guests and give them the worst rooms. Pass on it

It is clean, convenient, and reasonably priced.

Not enough coffee in room.

The cost of this hotel is what I liked best.

The staff at the front desk in the evening ignored the guests and was always on her cell phone with personal calls. Evening desk staff also was blunt and rude on the phone. Daytime desk staff were nice.

Our room was clean and it had all the amenities advertised. My wife was able to get on the internet, one phone call to the front desk got us the password, hot water in the shower, breakfast served as advertised, and plenty of parking close to the hotel.

We had a very good experience.

The staff is friendly. Very clean. Good breakfast.

The mattresses were very soft and like sleeping in a hole.
