The Customer Service was great!
For the cost of the hotel I expected more-everything was average-nothing special

Everything was good! The bed was comfortable, the room was warm, the location was perfect, the staff really friendly! No complaints!
Prefer Holiday inn breakfast. Waffle maker and something else wasn't working.
Staff never at front desk.

The location was everything. There are minor repairs happening to help keep hotel top notch. Room was spacious and staff friendly.
My room wasn’t as clean as I’d like but I cleaned it and slept well.
The rooms are new and clean
The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen in this type hotel. No food out. Spills not taken care of. Sad.
Very nice hotel, clean and clean
No one was at the desk at 6:30 to check in for 4-5 minutes, and there was no note or bell to ring. Just nobody in sight.
Location. Smelled so new!
The shower didn’t have good water pressure.
New property easily located & very close to good restaurants/sports bar that we like.
It was all great
The cleanliness, location and comfort.
All was great.
Breakfast was good but not enough choices. Good location.
Bed wasn't cleaned enough because it had fuz balls on one of them. Looked like it had not been changed.
I had a bad experience at another place so I booked here. I love it so much I joined honors. The staff have all been great! Will always stay here from now on!
Parking was full and walking around to get in. But that was it! Your place is absolutely beautiful!❤️
Good nice Clean room and convenient to Troy University
