Friendly staff but after expressing all these concerns just got sorry we will check the room out.

Cons -

Our room was infected with ants! We woke up in the middle of the night to ants being in our bed all over the dressers in the toilet and in the bathtub. We had to shake all of our belongings before we left, and we did not get any sleep due to the ants
Dirty room, floor sticky, lights did not work, no shower gel in bottle. No toilet paper. Floor was not vacuumed. I asked for my room to be cleaned and it never was. The server in the restaurant was extremely nice but had on a very Dirty shirt .
Rain soaked bed and carpet. Staff has ZERO ambition to do their job.
