- We got there and they could not accommodate us because they were out of towels. They said they did not even have enough for the people already there. They asked if we would be willing to go buy our own.
- Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Not a cup or plate or utensil to be found. No soap or any other "amenity"; was told by desk clerk that the hotel was "low on stock." Unbelievable! Need much more than 255 characters to express my displeasure!
