- The room was comfy, clean, & quiet.

- I love the coffee and the cleanliness of the room. Only issue is with booking but it’s been a computer confusion. There is a lady with the same name as me (Pamela Kaye Gossett). We have the same email but mine is gmail and hers is hot mail. I live in Rome, Ga and she’s in South Car. When booking it was using my phone number but auto correcting my email and Rewards # to hers. I discovered this when we both booked rooms on the same day but her husband saw the email confirmation pop up for her business trip in Ga, and another for her trip to Phenix City. He saw what he thought was a new phone number and called it, thinking she was cheating. It’s been hard to get this straightened out but I send them an email to make sure the robot hasn’t changed me back but so far it’s happened every time no matter how careful I am. We’ve become friends though and find The whole thing hilariously funny.

- The weather but ya know, nothing is better than a good cup of hot coffee to make you feel better about that. The breakfast cinnamon rolls should be available 24 hrs a day.
- The location was under renovations and I was not informed of this. The floor they placed me on had dust all on it. When I entered my room there was dust and debris from the construction all in the room. I called the front desk they were not able to accommodate me in changing my room because the hotel was booked up. Someone came to my room to help wipe it down, but it just made the experience very unpleasant. Also the dust was still in the air in the room so that did not help sleeping at night breathing all that in.
