Hampton Inn Pell City

Air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast awesome!

Fridge did not work. I kept increasing setting, it did not change. Finally had to use it like a cooler, with a bag of ice.

Clean, quiet, nice breakfast. Plenty of towels and other linens. Comfortable bed.

The air conditioner shuts off and on . I prefer a continuous fan. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom

Hotel was right off the hwy and located near food, gas and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Shower had mildew in the corners. not something I would have expected from a Hampton

Breakfast was okay, they run out of things early

Very dirty rooms, carpet is so old and worn out it?s so gross walking on. Very run down hotel

Nice location and good breakfast. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was nice.

The room smelled like stinky feet.. also the fire alarm was set off around 10am so we had to grab all of our things and rush out. Main complaint is the ?housekeeper? who announced herself and let herself in my room at 8:00am!! This is unacceptable!!

NASTY Checked in and immediately went to dinner. After returning, went into the bathroom and the smell hit me! Smelled musky like HUGE dog had been closed in that bathroom for days! Front desk had line so went for disinfectant spray Left early in AM

Got locked out of room after placing all our stuff in it. Took about an hour to get the door opened

Everything! This hotel is amazing! Beds are extremely comfortable, hotel is quiet, staff is very friendly. I travel a lot and have not stayed in a Hampton before. Now I will definitely look for Hampton's at the locations I am visiting.

$--- was a little high - especially since breakfast was very minimal. Room temperature was good and very controllable. Large Clean Bathroom.

Took 3 tries back to the front desk to get the key to work, and after 9hours of driving - a little frustrating.

Multiple things wrong. Charging port not work. No running hot water the morning we went to check out. Charging ports not working. Stains on wall. Pretty new hotel to have so many issues

The cleanliness, and the wonderful staff member ! She went above all expectations to make your stay comfortable.

No one understood there were any breakfast options other than cereal on side of desk. Asked the guy on days hit who no one could understand him and he pointed Ted to cereal and said breakfast. We didnt know about asking for the other items on the menu.

Location

Room they sent me to wasn’t ready. TV was on bedding was balled up next TV. All lights were on. This was after 7pm. Gave me another room, which was fine. Could clearly hear voices from next room as well as kids in hallway and trucks on road. Not again

The hotel was very clean (the room, the halls and the lobby are). They have changed entrance into the hotel; only people staying at the hotel can enter. This helps with keeping the lobby clean.

Although we understand that there was no breakfast buffet due to the coronavirus, it was disappointing. They did offer packaged items, such as Pop Tarts and Nutri-Grain bars. (We really like Hampton Inns for their good breakfast when we travel.)

The staff is not responsive to your needs. I called the manager about an issue I had and she never responded.

It was clean, roomy, and convienent to area dining and shopping.

Room was not ready when arrived for check-in, and we did not arrive early.
