- My reservations were canceled. The receptionist said it.was because it.was Valentine's Day. I arrive the same time every time I stay at this location. She said.she called. I do not answer potential spam calls and her call showed up as spam. Instead of making it right and charging me the price of my reservation, I was charged a higher price. Never have I experience this at this facility.

The heater didn’t work and the hot water in the shower didn’t get hot at all.
