- Friendly and helpful staff
- Great experience, room was clean. Hotel was clean as was the pool
- Check in was very easy and pleasant. Location right next door to Cracker Barrel. Bedding was comfortable, sheets were soft along with towels. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons -
- They charged an extra $15 per night for having an adult and two children for a 2 bed suite with a sofa bed. The extra was for an additional person. What?
- The room was very small.
- When I arrived the room was smaller than I anticipated. The room had a musty smell I believe it was coming from the carpet . This was reported .The remote to the TV did not work . It was returned x2 to the desk to get one that worked
