ease of access. friendliness of entire staff

i recently stayed near miami for about half the price . the miami stay had less rizz or vibe, but was equal in amenities . i would stay at motels more often , but its hard to justify several nights per month at $--- vs $---

This is the dirtiest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The front desk staff were rude and didn?t try to accommodate requests. The cleaning personnel were friendly and tried to make our stay comfortable.

Nice location, close to I-85. Nice staff. Good breakfast choices.

Very clean and staff very friendly

I had 3 rooms reserved on my debit card. My sister and daughter were paying for their own rooms. My sister gave them a credit card and they charged both cards for her room. I¿ve spoke with them several times and still hasn¿t been refunded to my card.

Only stayed two nights and was charged for 4 nights. Still trying to get my full refund.

Under construction in the lobby and very dusty and noe computer to oissue a key staff had to let us in

The hotel was accommodating for our disabled child. The room and bathroom were big enough for all of our equipment.

The carpet in our room was sticky and stained. The breakfast wasn¿t good.

Friendly staff¿Front Desk and Breakfast attendant very nice.

I booked a spa room specifically to enjoy spoiling myself but sadly to say there was black stuff coming out of the jets. I reported to front desk and they said it would be taken care of. I used again and still it was nasty.

Shan helped us select a nice Italian restaurant to eat dinner. Her efforts were well-received. We were very pleased with everything about this location, especially since we did not intend to stay.

Room could have been cleaner. The carpet was very dirty and I had to find the maid to get clean towels. I emptied the trash all week.

We had a great time! Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Check in and check out was effortless.

Nothing that I can think of.

No where near the ratings I saw. Whoever rated this place a 9 has never been in a real hotel. Garbage was piled on top of trash cans, elevator floors filthy for 2 days, lights burned out in room, rust bleeding from handrails in shower..... shall I go on?

Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean

The pool was out of service for a full day and half. Pool was a reason for selecting hotel.

Very clean!! Breakfast was nice, staff in the breakfast room was very welcoming and friendly. They were very hospitable and thanked people for visiting.

I like the service received. The entire staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was fresh, had a great selection of items to choose from and the dinning area was clean.

They don't us garbage bags in their trash cans..unsanitary If you don't get out of your room by 12noon it won't get clean unless you call front desk. It would be nice if they made a second round for those with extended stays.

Conveniently located for our needs. We were allowed to check in early after a ten hour all night drive. Very accommodating. Very nice breakfast.

The washing machine did not work all weekend.
