Super staff. Friendly and helpful. They stored our bikes for us each night ina secure spot. Comfortable rooms. Great linens and towels. Great breakfast.

There was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom so when you showered, the bathroom itself had significant moisture. The shower also had low water pressure

The AC had an absolute awful smell , the elevators were dirty, and the the walls and floors are very thin.

Noisey. It was either the elevator or the HVAC system but it woke me up at 5:30 AM and I could not go back to sleep.
We were there for JSU orientation so we only stayed one night, but the front desk clerk was awesome! The breakfast had a variety which we really appreciated. It was clean and had everything we needed. Will stay there again when we visit our son.
My son said he slept like a baby, but for me, the beds were just a little to firm for my liking. Also, I was on the other side of comfortable most of the night because they control the AC from a remote location.
