Water pressure was horrendous.?. Housekeeping scarce and lack of towels in both the room and pool

Location was great. Bed was comfortable and free breakfast was good

Everything about the hotel was great but the smell of sewer gas coming from the shower drain was very unpleasant

Crystal, one of the front desk staff, was amazing! Definitely enhanced our experience, and was just a really lovely person. The location of this hotel is incredible too, very walkable to lots of things.

The breakfast could be better for the price of the room. The Marriot side, next door, has an incredible breakfast, and the two are not even comparable. I know the Element is a .5 star rating lower, but it could be better.

The location next so many stores and restaurants

For the price and being such a nice hotel, they need to fix the air conditioner. I hardly slept because every time it would shut off, it made a sound so loud like a door slamming shut or a shot gun that it made me jump. Terrible night¿s sleep.

The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and a movie theatre. The view from the room was great!

The mattress was so comfortable but sitting on the side of the bed was not at all comfortable because the mattress height and the bedframe are almost identical when sitting on the bed.

It is a new building which is always a perk.

Upon check-in, we were told of a happy hour. It started 30 minutes late, after multiple requests, served stale bread and cheese; alcoholic options were good though. And in no way did our experience mimic that of a Westin, despite the name on the building.

The location was great! The room was spacious.

Several of the outlets in the room were not working. After notifying the front desk, someone came to look at the problem and left a note saying he can¿t fix them because the whole unit would need to be replaced. The restaurant staff needs training.

The cleanliness

Yes! The hot tub was not hot itvwas freezing and filled with this extreme foam like kids put shampoo in it.Not to mention they need to have specific hours for kids! I was looking forward to adult time and got none. Very disappointing in that regard.

The location was great. Didn¿t have to drive anywhere else after parking for the night . Very friendly and efficient staff . Our room had a nice view too

The staff at Sage Grille was top notch. Staff set the bar for excellence. Great conversation and amazing cocktails.

The only issue was the toilet was too low.

Ample parking. Restaurants close to get food late at night

The pull out had huge stains on it. Glasses had stuff in them. A fan closet in the room was terribly loud. Pool closed early for a Friday.

Nice, clean, modern design.

Horrible cust. service. Operators often didn't answer (at midnight; not a busy time of day). I literally got a message saying, "this mailbox is full." The voicemail for the hotel operator was full! Later, I requested a room-service menu. It never came.

Great location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The room was not clean. Perhaps there was a light cleaning at best, but hair on the bathroom floor, black mold in the shower, dusty surfaces and a dirty floor in the room, especially the corners which were filthy. Very disappointing.

First room had a rug that was a serious trip hazard. Changed to another room that was not clean, with trash underneath the sofa.

The room was in poor condition. The arrival time was 3:00 pm. The room was still not ready at 5.

Lobby and dining areas were nice and we loved the location

The room was not clean and there were no linens in the room for the pull out sofa

The one highlight was hotel employee who we encountered twice during the free breakfast who had the best disposition while clearing tables once guests were finished.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences. Daily housekeeping service was not provided as promised. The front desk phone is rarely answered. Bagels had mold & bottled cranberry juice had expired. At checkout the card readers were out of order.
