Good location, quiet

Bathroom had not been cleaned. Night before Thanksgiving I guess they wanted off for holiday and house keeping gone till Friday

I didn't know I had to ask for my room to be cleaned- the bed wasn't made and the sheets were coming off and the duvet was coming out....

The staff is always friendly and professional, and breakfast is consistently good.

There is black mold on the walls in the rooms. There was so much moisture I. The AC system that out bedding was damp.

Location to planned event. The included breakfast was great. The lady from England was fantastic. She went above and beyond what it took to make our breakfast experience great.

Room had no soap and not enough towels, no bath mat. When ask for soap at desk we were told they only gave it to people who needed it. Room constantly felt wet, even with a/c on. Room had some urine smell. Only 1 elevator was working, so crowded.

They did not honor my reservation. I reserved king size bed and upon arrival I was told no availability and if I did not like I could cancel and go somewhere else (?!).

It was a convenient location for our needs.

COVID has made necessary changes which can't be helped. Construction happening on facade of hotel was to be dealt with. With minimal breakfast, no pool, no maid service, I felt the room rate should have been reduced.

Poor location, room was lacking sofa bed sheets and blanket, air conditioner sounded like a dirt bike racing. Vendor room and elevator were 90+ degeees.

Bed Sheets would not stay in place on the mattress and pillows needed to be replaced. Bathroom tub was not spotless but it could've been cleaned a lot better.

The area is great. The staff were mostly friendly, but under-trained.

This Hampton Inn is not on par with other locations. The staff are friendly, but probably need re-trained. No AC, 80f at night. Gave us a dirty fan that didn't work, & a dirty cleaning rag to cope. Did nothing to compensate, or make happy. unacceptable!
