Home2 Suites by Hilton Huntsville/Research Park Area

1. The cleanliness of facility 2. The staff is amazing. They were very polite, friendly and worked well as team.

Convenient location to to the Space center. Small but nice breakfast, I liked that there were premade sandwiches. Beautiful location by a small lake

The couch had multiple stains on cushions and arms. The pool was very dirty and the pool deck had food and cigarette butts.

Kitchenette area was very nice

Breakfast choices were minimal and no hot items.

Very clean. Very nice staff. Close to shopping area.

I loved the layout of the king studio, I wasn't expecting everything in the hotel to be in perfect condition, the workers also were very professional yet personable. I would stay again!

The night desk clerk was awesome! Very helpful and super friendly.

location

it was dingy, wore down.

Responsive staff and cleanliness.

Great location

No towels in pool area

the staff and king sized room were fantastic!

Room was not ready at check in time

The location was very good. Close to restaurants, without the traffic and noise.

Location

It was not clean. Dirt stains on carpet and floor. Shower was not cleaning. Pillow was old and dirty. The kitchen counter had food on it and the chair. There was plastic hanging on the outside where they were painting.

Ladies at the front desk when checking in and checking out were very friendly! ❤️ we didn’t get to eat breakfast because we were in a hurry but upon walking out I seen people with plates and it looked and smelled really good!

It’s a connected building with a Hampton inn and we tried to get food delivered and it made it complicated for the delivery driver.

Friendly staff, quick checkin, nice coffee lobby with some board games. Simple but good breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and big enough for the five of us. Small but adequate gym. Located off the highway so easy to get to, and near stores and resteraunts.

Always great customer service. Agreed to a full refund on the second room that I accidentally booked online.Completely understanding of the mistake. The lady at Home2 Suites was kind and always love staying at this property.

Booking. com, tried to stone wall me about that my mistake was up to property decision on refunding the accidentally booking of 2 rooms only needing one room. The property was great, and sent a receipt of refunding the full amount paid for the room not needed.

Good

Bathroom really small. If I was a larger person. It will be a tight squeeze. Also I don't like being on the floor where people have pets give people a choice, there was a dog barking in hallway.

Breakfast was okay, I’m use to eggs and beacon, cereal and fruit on breakfast bar.

The breakfast and no water in room.
