The parking situation in downtown Huntsville has changed as the area has gotten renewed and more popular. This facility is located directly across from the Civic Center, which houses ongoing theatre, concerts, sports, events - so you have to pay $15/day

Great location especially for the holidays. Close to entertainment, restaurants and attractions.

There is a carpet under the bed with a plastic border holding it down with sharp corners. Get rid of it, why is it there, the plastic edging hurts like hell in the middle of the night when stepped on. Ugh ! Also the parking at $15 a night was unexpected

New and very convenient to concert hall. Nice park nearby and plenty of restaurants.

The hotel had a bar, but it is closed on weekend I was there. Parking is $15 on top of room charge.

I did not find the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner to be the most sanitary methods to dispense. They were large bottles with pumps and their were no single use products. I was extremely upset with this.

No grits for breakfast. No bacon for breakfast. This is the South. Grits are required, regardless of the high-falutin level.

Check in staff was amazing! Location to concert hall was excellent. Hotel was clean and nice.

HV/AC unit was horrible… thermostat wasn’t synced up… had to buy a space heater @ a local WalMart.

Breakfast was GREAT! What i did NOT like was the parking. Too far to walk. HAVING to pay to park makes me VERY upset. How do you think people get there? By parachute? Front of the building was hard to find.Staff was beyond great! Planning on booking again soon.

Parking! I am sorry. I HATE to pay for parking ? Parking was kinda TOO far from the entrance of the hotel ?. I do not want EXTRA charges. I understand you have to pay your employees. Parking fees just burn me up!

The shower water did not get completely hot, I had to handle down to flush toilet, there is a stale odor in the entire hotel, the breakfast is terrible. The outside needs to be pressure washed. On Thursday the 20th at 7:30 am the front desk person was great, she answered questions, was pleasant and made my stay just a little better

The front desk staff was Awesome. We had a small issue with our room. It was resolved immediately.

I like that the property is centrally located so that I can get anywhere in the city easily. I like that there is a parking garage adjacent to the hotel.

There was something off about the heating unit in that I could not get it to warm up the room and stay warm. I did not ask for help as it was late in the evening. I just bundled up. Also, the air was quite dry and I ended up with some sinus issues.
