Rooms (bed and bathroom) dirty and bugs in both!! Awful!

his hotel is a complete dump. Room is below substandard. I thought it was nice based on the exterior.

These low budget chains have sold out to people trying to get into the hotel property game and they are running them into the ground. The room smelled like urine. The sink was being held up by a stick. The TV was mounted on top of the closet.

Location is the "only" thing it has going or it.

The room smelled very musty. The carpet was not clean. The hanger rod in the closet was completely missing, staff didnt care. The HVAC ventilation duct cover was hanging by 1screw, staff didn't care. Electrical outlet cover/s missing, staff didn't care.

Quick check in and approved, same at check out

Room very unkept. Not ready for technology equipment, I'm so glad I brought my own.

The sitting area with tv is cute.

Black mold on bathroom ceiling, dust everywhere, old room equipment thrown in corner of room, bug in bathroom, check in clerk not helpful, damaged walls, rusted air conditioner, bug lamp in food area. No usb plugs in the room, no phone in room,

Bed clean and comfortable

Coffee machine broken downsrairs, trash bags in elevator, took two trips to front desk to get the correct coffee holder for coffee machine, iron but no ironing board, felt like sink was going to come off the wall

Room lobby kitchen area clean staff attentive my needs requests unfortunately had several issues rooms

First room toilet not flush, 2nd room AC not work thermostat unit stuck 21, 3rd room shower curtain tension bar fell in on me showering. This motel needs maintenance stay here often maintenance issue?s prevalent. Wyndham needs step up fix issues.

The manager and the location....No hassle about my service dog was wonderful too.

Nothing the hotel was horrible.

Yes the Hotel is still under construction. Also there was guest sleeping on the stairs and many others things.

The beds were made up well

Moldy, shower head filthy, third flood stairwell has food on the wall, breakfast area needs a deep cleaning, waste baskets in room has mold in them

Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

Not what was advertised on the website. I stayed at the location in the past and other properties. This is not the Wyndham chains, I'm used to.

The breakfast

The inability to get in contact with the front desk. The phone in the room did not work so I had to go downstairs to talk to the front desk. I also tried to call from my cellphone numerous times but no one answered.

Air conditioning worked well.

Room wasn?t cleaned , sheets dirty, hall wasn?t vacuumed, no coffee or cups in room. Sink coming away from wall, desk broken, shower head fell off while showering, drawers were broken. Went to breakfast at 7:30 ,no food or help, roaches in lobby

The fact that they have breakfast for the price we paid and the late checkout.

House cleaning let themselves into my room after I placed the "do not disturb" sign on my door. I asked them to not enter the room when I have the sign up. An hour later, the sign was off the door and had just disappeared.

The pool was nice.

The room had mold on the pictures and walls. There were cockroaches in the bathroom.

Location was good, pricing was good.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy!!! Dead bugs, cigarette ashes, dust, burn marks and burn holes, 1 towel for 2 people, -0 temperature outside with ice and they don¿t salt the grounds. Very poor service. The elevator smelled of weed and the hallway.
