Washing and Drying clothes 4 dollars for all a day in machine. That's awesome having not to go outside motel to wash items.

Literally nothing. It was filthy and disgusting

It was filthy, disgusting, old, moldy, outdated, everything was broken, chairs were ripped and stained, walls were FILTHY with dirt and food and blood?, carpets were completely filthy, it smelled of moth balls and filth, bathroom was nasty, all was bad.

It was nasty and old. We walked in and walked out 15 minutes later. There were hairs all over the bed, a wash rag hanging on the shower from the last visitor Lost a lot of money by have to leave and book another hotel. Should be refunded !!!!!!!

It was clean and the bed was comfy

Pool not open, No indoor pool. No microwave in room. Breakfast was slim pickings by 830.

My reservation date was incorrect and I could not get a refund. I had to pay 2 times the amount for the correct night.

Staff was friendly and attentive to anything we asked of them.

The only issue: there wasn't a microwave in the room as stated on the reservation.

It was the only hotel in Hanceville AL

Hotel room was filthy. Dirt and debris in the corners and along the walls of the room, carpet stained and sticky. Chairs stained and ripped. Bedspread stained. Bathroom floor cracked and tub surround had a moldy hole. Ceiling cracked. Unacceptable.

Very clean and comfortable the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very old and dated. The floors were stained and very old. There were no lights outside when we arived at night. You definitely get what you pay for, however, the ratings should be lower.

no hot food but we are in Covid. I know that there was a lot of rain there lately, however there was a small slug by the floor. My roommates didn't know about it---I just took care of it like at home.

The room was disgusting and dusty. The couch was stained as well as the walls and carpet. The toilet was dirty. Paint was chipped off of the tub. The entire hotel has an odor of old staleness when you entered.

Staff was friendly

There was no smoke detector in the room, just wiring where it had been. The carpet was dirty around the edges of the floor. The bathroom door did not lock. The shower curtain wasn't big enough for the shower resulting in wet floors.

I did like the fact that the front desk did help me upgrade my room to the same room I had paid for as described when I chose to stay...this is our vacation place away from home when things get hectic or we need a break

did not like having to pay extra money to get the room I booked...I believe bait and switch is against the law...apon entering our room being placed next a family with loud kids...outdated and rundown room...not enough space to write everything wrong.....

The woman at the front desk was very nice and very patient with the guys infront of me that told their life story and was looking for a discount

I was lied too repeatedly. My aunt died in cullman alabama and i asked for a room near her. I was put in hanceville alabama,a town with nothing in a hotel with a record of bedbugs and being dirty. The hotel told me about a 24 hour cancellation policy
