Regal Inn Guntersville Hwy 431

When walked in room there were small bugs crawling on the floor and found a small roach on the wall of the bathroom.

Room was filthy, had roaches, broken TV, and rude staff.

The hotel was mostly friendly, and I do love the fact that the bathtub will plug up. Most nowadays don't

The air conditioner did not work at all, and the coffee pot did not work.

Bugs. Bugs bugs , bed bugs and roaches. I was bitten multiple times

Location and price-very close to,the event.

Not really-best deal around for the event. Owner was very nice.

Price

Broken fridge, dirty microwave, malfunctioning bathtub, roach infested

The location

Only thing I liked was the location. Hotel seemed below average. Bed sheets had cigarette burn marks, one bed had hair all over it. I was in a hurry that morning, and spilled change. When I came back the change was gone. I will never stay here again.

Was quiet and allowed dogs

Asked for a room in front and was placed in very back. Furnishings were old and worn as were linens. Hard to tell if clean, so dingy. Managed to sleep, AC wasn't cold. Tough to admit been stuck in worse.A cccheap motel.

Close to the Lake and shopping

We decided to stay an extra day and the staff didn’t Even come in to clean or bring fresh towels.

It was not a Super 8. I was very disappointed. I cancelled my reservation as soon as I saw the room. It was dingy and had a terrible musty smell. You should look into the hotels you promote much closer. There is no way this is even a -5 star hotel.

Good location with close proximity to dining, shopping, Boat ramp and lake. Clean smell to the room and fresh bed feeling. Quiet room for the location next to the highway.

Outdated room needing remodeled and replacement of old worn out carpet, wall paper etc. The parking was limited if a person was trying to park a boat or other trailer there would be issues.

I booked this hotel due to the close proximity to the boat ramp across the street. The bathroom was clean.

This is NOT a Super 8 hotel. It was advertised and booked as a Super 8, but it is really the Regal Inn. The room never cooled off enough to comfortably sleep. Very little room for parking a boat, I had to pull over into the grass on a hillside.

bed

The employees was awesome

It was infested with cock roaches

Close to lake

The start of bed bugs

Don't waste your money

Nasty dirty sheets.nasty bathtub also housekeeping wakeing u up at 8 am to see if u were staying another night

I had to find alternate lodging. The employee or manager called me repeatedly the day of arrival pestering me about arrival time although they claim to have a 24 hour desk. I finally left my family event I had traveled for to go check in, only to have no one there when I arrived, no response when I rang the bell, and no answer when I called multiple times.

Staff was rude and creepy, and lobby looked unkempt and dirty, grounds did not look maintained
