Phoenix All Suites West Hotel

The price for the size of the room. A great choice for a family or a few friends.

The rooms could use some touching up, but I wouldn't want an overhaul or anything that would increase pricing.

The view and location

Vey outdated! Loved the view though! Very old worn furniture that was jot comfortable and smelled. Mold in shower

location on the beach

1. When checking in not until 4 PM and was told we had to be out by 10 AM which is not even 24 hours the admit clerk said “ it wasn’t her problem. She didn’t make the rules.” 2. Toilets filthy. 3. Fixtures, rusty and molded 4. Furniture needs a refresh.

Staff was wonderful and attentive. Location was great, right on the beach and close to good beachfront restaurants.

The staff was extremely rude and dismissive. Our room was not ready until 730 pm and the ONLY reason we found out was because we went back and had to ask if it was finally ready. Was never told our room number only knew it because we overhead her say it

Proximity to the beach and places of interest. Within walking distance of several things.

Needs a few upgrades- dishwasher didn’t close/run, kick plates under cabinets need replacing, mold/mildew around vents.

It was located on the beach. All the rooms at this Hotel have a balcony with beach view. It has a full bathroom and a half bathroom which is great for 2 are more people. my stay here was excellent

Only problem was that we could not take a shower our first night because the hot water was not working. But I must say the next day it was fixed, and they kept checking to make sure it was working.

Location and room setup

TV in master bedroom was spotty with the streaming.

Location and gulf view

One hour late checkout was not allowed

Location

The water in the shower had an odor. Drains were slow. Overall plumbing system seems antiquated. Furniture old and worn. No remote for tv in bedroom.

Location

Amenities closed upon arrival, Small unit, uncomfortable bed, loud heater/ac unit. No laundry or ice machine.

Near the beach

Renovation going everyday. Noisy

The view, location.

Not very clean. Some electrical outlets were not working

Location to restaurants

The only thing about the hotel I did not like was my front door door. It whistled all night with the wind being so strong. Great hotel, unbelievable price for this time of year. Certainly exceeded expectations.

Location, beachfront, space.

I?m not a fan of being on the 14th floor.

Great staff, location. Full kitchen & perfect for a weekend trip!

My only issue is when I am booked in one Of the condos that are for sale and needs some cosmetic work in the bathrooms.

Right on the beach! In a good location a block or so off the strip.

Staff using elevator that slows it down for guests. They need a freight elevator to solve that :)

I loved toe proximity to the ocean. The balcony view is absolutely beautiful. You can just walk from the hotel to the beach in a matter of minutes. I would stay again.

The hotel is a little dated. Could use updated furniture. The bed was fine, but the pillows were horrible. I had to go purchase pillows after that first night. The staff was ok. This one housekeeper was very rude when I asked for towels.

location and price

tv did not work properly and wind appx 25 mph howled thru the front door. had to close both doors to bedroom to be able to sleep.

Location and view

The room was dirty and refrigerator did not cool properly
