Plantation East #1110

This condo is on the beach. You have almost completely a complete 180 degree view (there are a few trees and a sand dune before the water but still breathtaking). It is away from the crowds in town yet close enough for a short beautiful drive.

It wasn¿t completely clean. There was dirt under the coffee table, smudges of what looked like food on the floor, dust webs in the corners. The couch is badly broke down and you have to unplug the coffee pot because it doesn¿t shut off.

where to begin... Bed in need of a new mattress. Towel bar in the bathroom missing as were the drain stoppers for the tub, bathroom sink and kitchen sink. The sofa was probably from the 1990's. The ceiling in the living room had obvious water damage.

Plantation East Unit 3117 - AC doesnt work!!! Shower drain stopped up! Balcony door wont lock and its ground level! Keypad to enter the room doesnt work due to dead battery. I had to call Vacasa to get the code for the lock box to get a key to open it manually. They didnt have the correct code. I guessed the code myself if that tells you how secure it was!!! We had to wait while the room was finished cleaning because it wasnt ready at 4:00 for check in. I called Vacasa and ask to be moved to a different unit 2 hours after arriving. I was told the local Vacasa property manager would be calling me. Its 10:20 pm and havent received a call yet! This is ridiculous! Do NOT book through Vacasa!!! I have stayed in a different condo here in the past with no issue.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Nice property.

Unclear on what cleaning was expected at check out. Coffee pot needs replaced.

Everything was beautiful including the view on the 3rd floor

The elevator was hot & the sliding door was hard to open & close and it did not lock.

My kids enjoyed the quick access to pools and beach

It was not clean, had a moldy smell

I would know I did get to stay there

Didnt get to stay there I got a call two hours before get to the property said our condo was flooded

It was clean, well guarded, beach clean, friendly guest. Indoor swimming. The location was ok it was a 20-40 minute drive for fine dinning and entertaining.

The master bedroom, bed was very high, lighting at night was very bright coming through windows. The toilet would run off and on after flush for about an hour, then periodically through the night. The kiddie pool could have been lit better.

The condo was cleaning but the balcony door was broken and the condo had a odor

Cleanliness. Blood stains on our bedding. We even seen two cockroaches we payed quite a bit. I was expecting more but was let down as soon as I walked through the door.At one point I said to my husband if theu had cleaning products available along with a mop I would have cleaned the condo myself before settling in for the week. Pool was disgusting. Same toys that were out the night before were still there in the am.junk floating in the pool. We were overall just disappointed

To be the first time. It was the best vacation spot I've ever been. My room was very nice clean, and I had everything. The view of the beach and water you just can't ask for more (spot on). The beach was never crowded and very people friendly. Very quiet and calm night made my sleep more relaxing, and ready to start another day of fun activities. I definitely will tell a lot of people about this place and how enjoyable it was. Thank you for the memories and possibly more in the future. Will definitely go back for another vacation or a quick getaway. Thank you Plantation East

Sliding door would not lock and very hard to get open. Coffee machine leaked

The location was great. It's within easy driving distance to attractions, but out of town enough to have the peaceful vibe.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. The dishes were put away with food still on them. Couch was stained, and throw pillow on bed had dirt (?) on it

The room smelled like mildew the whole time also the bedding and furniture also smelled bad like mildew

The pull out couch was broken. I had to go buy an air mattress very inconvenient.plus the couch smelled really bad.

It was a nice family vacation.

Indoor pool was not clean and murky most of the time. Vacasas maintenance people or handymans were not so easy to find them and help out. Or to come and fix something in the apartment.

The property was quiet not loud with parties. Im 63 yrs old and parties is past my prime lol

The bunk room so small

A nice system if it would work. People next to us had the same issue.

We struggled with the door code working our entire stay. At one point the door wouldnt lock. Supposedly this was a handicap unit. My walker was too big for the bathroom door.
