Plantation Dunes #5101

The condo was perfect. It had everything you need to cook with. The pictures on the internet were the same of the condo. 2 bedroom 2 batj. We could see the ocean from our balcony. We stayed in 5609. I love it has a security guard on site.

Pleasant atmosphere, peaceful, and relaxing.

Just had slight problem gaining access to room at check-in.

It is Secluded from town but a a quick 20 minute drive to everything! It was very quiet at night, and Sassy Bass has a great bartender! He was attentive and friendly!

Did not receive the amenities card to access the pool and other amenities offered. Reached out several times through text to Vacasa and to the property manager on site. Amenities card was never provided.

The condo itself was nice. It wasn’t cleaned before we got there, but they sent someone to clean it the next day. The amenities here are great and very nice. There is a large indoor pool which is good on sunny days. It is a family atmosphere, and great to travel to with children

As I mentioned, the facilities were nice and the condo itself was nice, other than a few things. It wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. It was left at the previous tenants left it, but they did send housekeeping the next afternoon. I found one dead roach in the kitchen upon arrival, and I seen one live one in the kitchen later. The outlet to the living room tv is messed up, and half the time the tv wouldn’t cut on because the outlet was loose.

I absolutely love the Property! The ocean view was amazing! The rooms were nice and we can walk right to the beach!

This unit & facility overall should be retired from service.

We truly had awful accommodations. I have never complained about a stay anywhere but this place was horrific! There was hair in the bathroom floor and shelves, dried sauce on kitchen counter, dried food on dishes, couch was filthy and recliner was broken. Also, we were to have a amenity card but didn't find this out until the 2nd day and there wasn't one in the unit as advertised and we couldn't get one until the 3rd day of our stay.The furniture was so bad we had to sit at the dining room table because the living room furniture was either broken or filthy. (I can supply pictures of all these issues. The master bath sink and shower were stopped up and the facility asked ME to use a plunger on them to see if that would work YUCK! Then when someone did come, they sent me a picture of the hair they pulled from the drains. I nearly barfed! The batteries in the remotes for the TV were dead so we had to find other remotes but they had NO batteries in them except for one that we were able to use thankfully. The WIF was down one day which prevented us from being able to watch TV and since we didn't have an amenities key and it was raining, we had nothing to do. The building was old and smelled of urine in the hallways and the 5th floor smelled of marijuana. It felt like a nasty dorm. Management with VACASA stated they would at least refund our cleaning fee which they didn't do but I think the refund should be at least half!

The water pressure in the shower was a little horse, a trickle about it, and they never came to repair it

Very clean and loved the view and the pools.

Our studio could use some new pillows and more of them. Refrigerator is rusty on the outside. U see that as soon as u walk in the door. Mattress was hard. The balcony furniture is not nice at all. Could use an update for sure. The property as a whole is very nice. The beach was awesome and the pools were great. Very clean property

It fit our needs,very clean.

Was very outdated, very low water pressure in the shower.

We have stayed several times at the Dunes absolutely love it!!

Bed was hard as a rock, we had flat pillows no blanket pretty much a sheet to cover up with.

The location and scenery, if I could sum it up the view from the balcony were beautiful…

The room needed updating, tv was really small, the bed was not comfortable at all everything was dated, the screens in the patio door and windows were torn out and flapping.

Proximity to the beach, clean rooms, wonderful atmosphere

The children were obnoxious. For the entirety of my stay, every night someone was knocking on our doors and running down the hallway.The gentleman working security, when we arrived, was rude and talked to us in a very hostile manner. I only saw him when we arrived and not again for the remainder of our stay

All the amenities, pools, laundry, restaurants, restrooms nearby. Beach access!!!

Old, dingy, dirty couch, pillows, and bedding. No broom provided to sweep.

The location

The cleanliness of the room, it was unacceptable, paint was peeling everywhere, the refrigerator was rusted out, it was honestly terrible and I was afraid to use the facilities for cleanliness. Also on checkout day Sunday, there were no carts available for luggage removal from the room, we had to tote tons of bags all the way from the END of the third floor all the way down.I was not happy about this, if the room were clean without peeling paint and a nasty refrigerator, I could have possibly accepted all of the other downfalls, but this experience was simply a big no go, and I would not visit or stay at this location again.

Facilities were great. Pools and beach access were exactly what we were looking for.

The room needs updating. Mold and mildew everywhere. We only used the room to sleep and shower.

Right on the beach, restaraunt on site, plenty of different facilities. Beds super comfortable.

The door code didn't work and had to call 3 different numbers to get someone to help. Room was blazing hot when we arrived..took till after midnight to get it comfortable.
